The first 18 chapters, about 1/3 of the book are great
America’s medical and scientific bureaucracy….. The US bioweapons program perches at the confluence where the dark ambitions of the military-industrial complex mingle with those of the medical-industrial complex, composed largely of the federal scientific technocracy, the pharmaceutical industry, and the armies of academic researchers who receive funding from those entities.
The bioweapons cartel—popularly known as the Pandemic Preparedness and Response (PPR) industry—operates in tight secrecy, largely free from press scrutiny or criticism, immune from legal liability, and therefore free of accountability.
It relies on a coalition that brings together the military, academia, medical journals, mainstream media, and public health regulators in a corrupt and secretive collaboration intended to turn medicine from a healing profession to a killing profession. Its linchpin is a sinister alliance between US spy and public health agencies and the Chinese military. It has become the fulcrum for neoconservatism’s globalist ambitions to empower billionaire elites and to disempower, disenfranchise, and commoditize the poor.
And he does a nice job going over the history of bioweapon programs nefarious deeds and influence of the Nazis resulting from Operation Paper Clip, and subsequent moral degeneration of scientists and health professionals

Although I started reading with low expectations and anticipating the book would be a Limited Hangout, I found myself early on wondering if he was really was going to expose Operation COVID. Sadly, it was but a tease.
Kennedy seems to be taking the side that China was creating a bioweapon that they accidentally released as opposed to it was a natural virus that was accidentally released. I agree the virus was created. But he never explores the possibility the virus was made in USA and sent to China where it was accidentally or deliberately released. When cops find a dead body do they just assume it was an accident or natural death? No, they first rule out a crime, especially if there is motive.
The CIA’s fingerprints are all over the US-funded gain-of-function studies at the Wuhan lab; the preparations for the militarized management of a coronavirus pandemic (long before such an event was considered possible by infectious disease experts); the creation of the COVID vaccines, including Moderna; and Operation Warp Speed.
The agency devised draconian and intrusive countermeasures that ignored public health and well-established protocol and, instead, focused on imposing authoritarian controls. It’s therefore unsurprising that the intelligence community helped orchestrate the cover-up.
He presents all of the elements needed to entertain a Conspiracy to engineer a Pandemic for the purpose of militarized management of a coronavirus pandemic
Consider, finally, the paradoxical incentive that all the entities— Pharma, DOD, the CIA, and NIH—will increase their power and budgets if one of the gain-of-function creatures escapes and, even more so, if they can blame it on a foreign power like the Chinese.

Yet in the end he just falls back on China did it by accident with help from unwitting dupes or treasonous actors motivated by financial gain, without exploring a more sinister cause
Perhaps what is being covered up is not that a virus leaked from a Chinese Lab but that they engineered the Virus and Pandemic. No doubt a lab leak of a pandemic virus will occur some day , but they did not want to wait for an accident. They weren’t getting any younger. The clock seems to have started in 2017 (see my timeline at end) , that’s when everything went into high gear with Fauci’s Prediction
But this is not just the CIA. Since 9/11 , multiple agencies (DoD, HHS, CIA, DHS, etc) are interlocked and work together.
Following the Patriot Act’s passage, the CIA worked with NIAID, the Pentagon, DTRA, and military contractors to develop and manage dozens, if not hundreds, of biolabs in the US and in Ukraine, Georgia, and Africa.
As I show earlier, during the years immediately following the Patriot Act’s passage, the Pentagon funneled most of its bioweapons research through NIAID and its director Dr. Anthony Fauci.
CIA is a designated patsy since its untouchable and much of its work is now done by private contractors and NGO’s anyways.
So lets get to the Limited Hangout , which is the controlled semi-official narrative or counter narrative
[In] August 2021 Republican congressional investigation concluded that the virus leaked from the Wuhan lab “sometime before September 12, 2019” and that Chinese officials knew that a SARS-like respiratory pneumonia was afoot in Wuhan and were already trying to control both the virus and the narrative by that date.
The government’s September 12 raid at the Wuhan lab suggests that officials already suspected the WIV as the contagion’s potential source.
Later that night, between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., Chinese officials removed the WIV’s online virus databases including some twenty-two thousand unpublished pathogen samples and genomic sequences collected over twenty years, in part with NIH funding.
According to US intelligence sources, search queries of disease-related terms and chatter about signature COVID-19 symptoms exploded in internet traffic emanating from Wuhan; the increase of both signals preceded, by four months, China’s official start of the COVID-19 pandemic, in December.
On May 9, 2020, NBC News reported that a US intelligence agency analysis of mobile phone geolocation data found that a “hazardous event” at the WIV caused a shutdown there from October 7 through October 24.
Shi Zhengli’s research assistant, Ben Hu, and their fellow Wuhan scientists were hospitalized with COVID symptoms in Wuhan in November 2019. These three are probably the true “patient zero.”
The London Sunday Times recently ran an in-depth research piece on June 10, 2023, corroborating this series of events, especially the mysterious respiratory illness that hospitalized three “trained biologists in their thirties and forties” from the Wuhan Institute in November 2019.
US State Department investigators who were the source for the article were “rock-solid confident”😂

To summarize: On Sep 12, 2019 Beijing Time (Sep 11, EST) China becomes aware a new virus is on the loose, 2 months before a patient zero is discovered, or more accurately, almost 4 months before they confirm there is in fact a novel virus , and the US State Department concluded with rock solid confidence these WIV workers were patient zero.
Make sense to you that this is consistent with accidental lab release?
One plausible explanation, if this is even true, is that Chinese Military Intelligence discovered there was a foreign Bioterrorist plot to deliberately release a Virus in Wuhan from WIV. For those unaware, there was a strong suspicion in China that SARS was a US bioweapon released in China that it was designed to target Asians/Chinese
Among the most bizarre claims by the military scientists is their theory that SARS-CoV-1, the virus that caused the SARS epidemic of 2003, was a man-made bioweapon, deliberately unleashed on China by “terrorists”.
The 263-page paper was published in 2015 by the Chinese Military Medical Science Press, a Chinese government-owned publishing house managed by the General Logistics Department of the PLA.
Former secretary of state Mike Pompeo and his chief China adviser, Miles Yu, made a passing reference to it in their Wall Street Journal op-ed in February on China’s laboratories, writing: “A 2015 PLA study treated the 2003 SARS coronavirus outbreak as a ‘contemporary genetic weapon’ launched by foreign forces.”
Lest you think thats ridiculous in its 2000 policy paper Rebuilding America's Defenses, think-tank Project for the New American Century (PNAC) described ethnic bioweapons as a "politically useful tool" that US could have incentive to develop and use.
Also, remember, RFK Jr provided the link to a paper showing the original Wuhan virus seemed to not affect certain groups as much (one of which is Chinese).

This is certainly not true of Omicron which is actually Sars-Cov-3 and may have been engineered separately to correct this.
Of course, SARS fizzled. Why? It was unstable and mutated to obscurity. Also, it did not transmit very well until the patient became very ill, as such there was very little transmission outside hospitals.
Lesson learned.
Its worth pointing out that a year before SARS a patent was obtained by the ‘Godfather’ of coronavirus, Ralph Baric. Ralph Baric is a professor of microbiology and immunology at the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill .
While the patent for the vaccine process is used for pigs, it can also cover human vaccines made from the same processes

2002-BEFORE the outbreak of the first SARS-CoV. Ralph Baric published a breakthrough work, which marked a milestone in both the study of various mechanisms of natural viruses and in gain-of-function research.
In their paper, the Baric group described creating a synthetic clone of a natural murine coronavirus:
In essense, the authors “translated” the RNA virus into the language of DNA (using reverse transcriptase), which enabled them to manipulate its genome with the help of existing genetic engineering tools.
Having created 7 such cDNA provirus segments, the authors then stitched them together “seamlessly” after which they transcribed their construct back into RNA, which was then translated into virus particles in other cells.

2003 -After the first SARS-CoV epidemic broke out. The Baric group sprang into action. By summer they had submitted a paper on synthetically recreating SARS-CoV:
Using a panel of contiguous cDNAs that span the entire genome, we have assembled a full-length cDNA of the SARS-CoV Urbani strain, and have rescued molecularly cloned SARS viruses that contained the expected marker mutations inserted into the component clones.

Availability of a SARS-CoV full-length cDNA provides a template for manipulation of the viral genome, allowing for the rapid and rational development and testing of candidate vaccines and therapeutics against this important human pathogen.
Today, a qualified laboratory can repeat those steps in a matter of weeks

So lets get back to Sars-Cov-2.
Who could be behind that plot to release a synthetic virus in Wuhan, and how exactly could it be done?
Lets say for example, CIA recruited someone at WIV to release it (virus engineered in US but tested on mice/bats at WIV) knowing it was a low pathogenic virus that would only hurt elderly people who were nearing the end of their life anyways, and told it would be used for political purposes for social engineering, and she would be paid well. I am skeptical of this one , but its possible. We did after all have a person inside WIV’s BSL-4 in November 2019 (Dani Anderson) that was associated with the DEFUSE proposal and worked with Eco Health Alliance .
Dani, a world class bat immunologist on NIAID’s payroll, was inside the Wuhan BSL4
Alternatively, maybe the engineered virus was sent to WIV for testing and experiments by Ralph Baric or Eco Health Alliance , and they were told or led to believe it could not infect human cells, so it was sent to their BSL-2 lab for the lab work. This is where Shi Zheng Li did most of her work on Sars Like Viruses, because they don’t easily infect or transmit in humans. A virus like Sars-CoV -2 would most certainly escape a BSL-2 lab via lab worker infection
My theory is that the highest levels of the CCP approved this plan for similar reasons that it was approved by Western Powers leaders, but Chinese Military intelligence got wind of it and being unaware of their bosses approval acted accordingly to investigate. Like I said, just a theory
The fact they didn’t arrest all of the WIV staff suggest they were convinced it was a foreign based attack, and believing the virus database was being used by some foreign scientists who used the virus sequences on the database to engineer bioweapons , they wisely ordered the database shut down.
Who knows?. Seems more plausible than accidental lab release. In any event its worth considering. I mean, consider what would have to happen for it to be accidental lab release.
Scenario 1- As Globalists are eagerly anticipating a Coronavirus Pandemic, after 15 years WIV not only finds a Sars-Cov-2 like virus 99% similar to Sars-Cov-2 in bats and inserts a FCS into it , doing this in a new BSL-4 that was Operational only 18 months earlier, and it then escapes from their BSL-4 facility perfectly adopted to humans while Eco-Health Alliance Partner (Lin-Fa Wang) employee Dani Anderson just happens to be there

In 2012 Danielle Anderson and Linfa Wang, were recruited into the NIAID biodefense network via Duke University. They would both relocate to Duke-Singapore where an animal BSL3 lab was built.
Danielle Anderson worked under Linfa Wang who is Professor and Director of the Emerging Infectious Diseases Programme at Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore
Linfa is an Australian Citizen that was born in Shanghai that received Ph.D. Biochemistry (Molecular Biology), University of California, Davis. in 1986.

Duke is a key partner of DARPA’s Pandemic Prevention Platform (P3) program. The first step of the Duke/DARPA program involves the discovery of potentially threatening virusesand “develop[ing] methods to support viral propagation, so that virus can be used for downstream studies.”
Duke is located in North Carolina only 10 miles away from Ralph Barics UNC
Duke University is jointly partnered with China’s Wuhan University, which resulted in the opening of the China-based Duke Kunshan University (DKU)
Duke-NUS of Singapore is listed as a CREID subcontractor in the State Department and works closely with Eco Health Alliance, NIAID , Naval Medical Research Center-Asia and WIV
Linfa Wang resigned on January 10,2020 (effective August) which was the same day China released the sequences for Sars-Cov-2 and went to work developing an antibody test for COVID

Back to the Unlikely Scenarios
Scenario 2, As Globalists are eagerly anticipating a Coronavirus Pandemic
a) WIV unknowingly discovers Sars-Cov-2 from a bat sample which just happens to be the first such sarbecovirus with a FCS which also does not infect bats (so why is it in a bat sample) and it accidentally is released , almost perfectly adapted to human hosts
b) WIV discovers Sars-Cov-2 but does not disregard it despite it not being close enough to SARS Virus., like they did with RaTG13 . They then serial passage it through mice with humanized lungs so that it would adopt to human lungs , despite the fact the Chinese army’s medical research institute only obtained such humanized mice in summer 2019, where they would have had to rush them to Wuhan . And then of course, WIV accidentally released the virus.
In April 2020, seven months after COVID-19 began circulating, twenty-three Chinese scientists—eleven of them from the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, the Chinese army’s medical research institute—boasted that they had used gene-editing CRISPR technology to engineer mice with humanized lungs to make it easier to develop coronavirus strains that could infect humans.
In June 2021, Vanity Fair reported that United States National Security Council (NSC) investigators determined that “it became clear that the mice had been engineered sometime in the summer of 2019, before the pandemic even started.
Now you might argue that Ralph Baric might have sent WIV humanized mice. Maybe we should ask him? Why didn’t Congress interview him?
WIV does have human ACE2 transgenic mice but this is not as effective if you wish to adopt the virus to infect humans more efficiently
US scientists had developed humanized mice in 2002. NIH-funded scientists like Ralph Baric had been using humanized mice to test human infectiousness of their enhanced pathogens for nearly two decades!
But wait it gets more interesting
In January, 2020 , as scientists geared up to research the dangerous new illness [sequence not obtained until January 10], all eyes were on ACE2 — a protein that sits on the surface of many types of cells in the human body, including cells in the heart, gut, lungs and nasal cavity. SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19, latches onto the ACE2 receptor and uses it to enter cells and begin growing, leading to infection.
Researchers discovered, however, that SARS-CoV-2 cannot latch onto the mouse version of the ACE2 receptor. For a time, this difference rendered mouse studies essentially useless in the fight against the pandemic.
That changed thanks to the team at the Baric Lab, which has a history of generating mouse models for other coronaviruses like SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV.
By changing two amino acid positions in the viral genome, they generated a mouse-adapted virus capable of infecting standard laboratory mice with COVID-19.

Researchers, including several virologists and microbiologists at UNC’s Gillings School of Global Public Health, describe the mouse-adapted SARS-CoV-2 model in a paper fast-tracked and published August 27 in the journal Nature.
That was fast work Ralph, you developed a Sars-Cov-2 mouse model, no doubt by making Sars-Cov-2 in the lab with reverse genetics from the sequence provided by China (they weren’t sending samples), finding it didn’t infect standard laboratory mice, then figured out which amino acids to change so they would, tested it and , then wrote the paper , submitted it and got it published it in less 8 months. Some might think you may have had this in 2019.
Now back to the book. As mentioned, it started off telling us about the Nazi influence on our bioweapon program and how the Military, CIA, Academia (Scientists), Pharma work together and are basically so morally corrupt they experimented on American Civilians and Soldiers for over 20 years before it leaked out and got shutdown.
You think those psychopaths just disappeared?
The book largely ignores things like Malones DOMANE-2019, Rocky Mountain Labs, Dani Anderson, Moderna/Baric Material Transfer Agreement-2019, CREID Network-2020 , transfer of the Vaccine Stockpile from CDC to BARDA (headed by Rick Bright)-2019, or the White House Economic Advisors Pandemic Cost Estimate (up to $4 Trillion), removal of CDC staff from China -2019

It does mention Linfa but claims he is a Chinese National and most readers will assume is just a WIV scientist working for Shi Zhengli
Dr. Fauci would describe Shi and her confederates, Ben Hu and Lin-Fa Wang, as “very respectable Chinese scientists.”
The emails show that Daszak and Ralph Baric undertook the cover-up with the assistance of Shi Zhengli’s colleague Lin-Fa Wang, a PRC national and the chair of the Scientific Advisory Board for the Centre for Emerging Infectious Diseases at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Seriously Robert, WTF?
He did briefly mention the shutdown of Ft Detrick in July 2019 for several months due to safety concerns, but no mention of the pneumonia outbreaks in Virginia Nursing Homes at the same time
He also mentioned the Wuhan Military Games but does not explain the lack of reporting on serological testing on military personnel sent to Wuhan once it was known there was an outbreak
He mentioned the Crimson Contagion Excercise in 2019 but not SPARS, Clade X and MARS all of which took place between 2017-2019 after Faucis prediction. And yet somehow we still had no masks and PPE’s stockpiled. All this preparation between 2017-2019.
He did mention that most of the Exercises called for tighter control of information but did not mention that the Censorship Industrial Control Complex was being built with CISA-2018, State Departments GEC-2017, Newsguard-2018. And in
2015, Poynter received $382,997 from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to influence news coverage of global health initiatives. In 2017, the Poynter Institute received $1.3 million from the Omidyar Network and the Open Society Foundations in order to support fact checking
He also mentioned the Military involvement in the mRNA technology and 2019 Milkin Institute Health Summit discussing the speeding up Vaccine Approval (Anthony Fauci of the National Institutes of Health’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and Rick Bright of BARDA, who previously worked for the Gates-funded PATH participated)
He did also mention BMGH purchasing 3 million shares of BNT in Sep 2019 before selling it off at his peak for 900% return on investment (tax free).
Just another coincidence
He does not mention the White House Decision in January , before COVID arrived in US to hold all HHS meetings on COVID preparation in a Classified Setting. A curious decision.
While he does mention that NSC’s PanCAP was updated in 2018 and then modified and approved by the NSC on March 13,2020 and that PanCAP outlined the Federal Governments Covid Policy. His main reason for doing so seem to be he wanted drop Avril Hains name:
The Task Force was initially led by the Secretary of Health and Human Services and coordinated through the [National Security Council] NSC.” The director of National Intelligence, Avril Haines, is currently the official intelligence advisor to NSC.
What he fails to point out is the modified PanCAP called for “lockdowns” and these were announced 3 days later. Also not mentioned is FEMA (under the Dept Homeland Security) took over from HHS in April, and last but not least, that Avril Haines did not become director of National Intelligence until 2021
Now for DEFUSE . He mentions this rather extensively in 2 Chapters.
First problem is he fails to mention that the proposal was made in response to DARPA requesting proposals for their PREEMPT (PREventing EMerging Pathogenic Threats Program). Instead he says
Daszak hatched an ambitious scheme to weaponize an arsenal of coronaviruses, apparently believing that the proposal might appeal to DARPA or to the big guns at the Pentagon.
He then goes on to quote Steven Quay
In fact, since 1992, at least fourteen publications have described adding a furin cleavage site to a virus that didn’t have one, including a study from the WIV. 14 out of 14 times it makes the viruses nastier.”
Quay does not provide any references for this study that WIV was supposed to do. I tried but failed to locate it using Google and the sell out Duck Duck Go.
There is no mention of the University of Montana doing this same thing. In 2006 University of Montana researchers, inserted a furin cleavage site into a bovine (deer) coronavirus at the same location as Sars-Cov-2
“we introduced a furin recognition site at single basic residues within the putative S1-S2 junctional region. We show that furin cleavage at the modified R667 position generates discrete S1 and S2 subunits and potentiates membrane fusion activity.
This effect on the cell–cell fusion activity by the S glycoprotein is not, however, reflected in the infectivity of pseudotyped lentiviruses bearing the cleaved glycoprotein. The lack of effect of furin cleavage on virion infectivity mirrors that observed in the normally cleaved S glycoprotein of the murine coronavirus “

It did not by itself make the bovine coronavirus more infective. But in Sars-Cov-2 its loss attenuates it

Its interesting to note is that the Montana State University is a 3 hours drive from Fauci’s Rocky Mountain Lab
But in any event a careful reading of the Defuse Proposal shows that Baric was to be responsible for the FCS work, and not WIV.
He then goes on the describe DARPAS refusal
DARPA, nevertheless, declined Daszak’s funding request, citing EcoHealth’s failure to address the project’s ethical, legal, and social issues.
The real reason was DARPA awarded the grant to someone else doing similar work on a different virus because it was $4 million dollars cheaper. I’ll talk about who later, but it was due to some guy in Montana working out of Fauci’s Rocky Mountain Lab with the Montana State University
He then goes on to correctly point out the work outlined in the proposal may have proceeded anyways
Dr. Jonathan Couey similarly observes, The fact that Fauci and NIH turned down Daszak’s proposal is irrelevant. The proposal itself is evidence that the work may already have been done, as that’s how modern research is conducted and funded.
Then he points the finger at China
Finally, it’s also quite possible that the proposal did result in the ultimate creation of COVID-19 by the Chinese.
This is quite a jump because he had already allowed for the possibility the work to be done by Baric was underway and may even have been completed. Daszak did have other possible private funding sources like BMGF and Welcome Trust
But if China created the Virus, why would they publish the RaTG13 sequence showing its close similarity to Sars-Cov-2. Seems pretty dumb, like a thief who left his fingerprints all over a robbery mailing his fingerprint card to the police
But he points out the reason
RaTG13 was still genetically distant enough from the COVID-19 bug—by 3.8 percent—that it could not possibly be COVID-19’s immediate progenitor. Shi’s article thereby purported to exonerate the Wuhan lab as the pandemic’s launchpad.
This is true, but it overlooks one point. The Spike Protein of RaTG13 is over 98.4% identical with Sars-Cov-2. Most of the difference is the non structural proteins that are not part of the virus

What this means is Sars-Cov-2 had some other backbone, natural or otherwise, with a Spike Protein similar to RaTG13 plus the FCS that was inserted via reverse genetics .
This rules out a naturally occurring virus since what are the odds a novel virus 7 years after RaTG13 was first sampled that had almost the same spike protein with a FCS never seen before in sarbecoviruses , whose backbone was much different. Astronomical odds against. 28 proteins mutate , some of them quite a lot, but the spike protein is almost left alone let aline that one improbable insertion? No way!
What Shi Zheng Li did was expose the fact the virus was man made and was not natural origin. This is why Fauci and Baric were panicked when they heard the paper was about to be published, and why they needed to immediately go to work on pushing the Natural Origins harder, giving birth to the fraudulent Proximal Origins Paper
There is no way in hell Shi Zheng Li would publish that sequence, or be allowed to by the PLA General who took over WIV if the virus came from her lab. It proved there was no natural origin and cast suspicion on the only person capable of doing this complex engineering (creating chimeras is not that complex). Of course, they did not understand how gullible Americans could be in thinking it was easy to engineer a novel coronavirus.
This leads to the question where did it come from. The backbone is almost 90% of the virus, and no such virus existed in any data base. Of course, it could be argued that such a virus exists but was hidden or in the deleted database. The backbone virus would have been a nothing burg without the RatG13 like spike, so why chose that virus and how would they know the RaTG13 spike with a FCS would work with it. You wouldn’t, not without a lot of trial and error with other viruses.
More likely Sars-Cov-2 is a Consensus Virus made of parts of closely related Viruses and designed by a Coronavirus Genius.. The book even mentions this technique
In 2008, Baric downloaded four incomplete coronavirus sequences from a GenBank dataset that had been uploaded in 2005 by Chinese scientists. Baric used his wizardry to bring a new computer-generated RNA sequence to life in his lab.
Using that set of four partial sequences, Baric created a synthetic “consensus” bat coronavirus. Baric replaced a small portion of the spike with a section from the 2003 SARS virus that binds to human ACE2 receptors, providing lock-and-key specificity to the new virus, endowing Baric’s synthetic clone with the ability to infect human tissue.
Baric used a surgical precision in this series of experiments that demonstrated his undisputed mastery of the reverse genetics and infectious clone methodologies first pioneered by Vincent Racaniello and David Baltimore with the poliovirus.
In fact the DEFUSE Project Proposal, which we have good reason to believe was underway in 2018 when its bid was rejected, also called for the development of a consensus sequence.
…..[Sars-Cov-2 ] was: a hybrid Live Attenuated bat Vaccine (LAV). This explained why SARS2 was so contagious but not as lethal. An animal vaccine (e.g. SARS2) would be designed to look natural to the local (Chinese bat) species using a ‘consensus’ sequence, which Dani and Linfa both referenced from UNC in 2019.

The Darpa proposals, leaked to the pandemic origins analysis group Drastic, show the team had planned to take sequences from naturally occurring coronaviruses and use them to create a brand new sequence that was an average of all the strains.
The grant application, submitted in 2018, states: "We will compile sequence/RNAseq data from a panel of closely related strains and compare full length genomes, scanning for unique SNPs representing sequencing errors.
"Consensus candidate genomes will be synthesised commercially using established techniques and genome-length RNA and electroporation to recover recombinant viruses."
Explaining the proposal, a WHO collaborator, who has asked not to be named for fear of reprisals, said:
"This means that they would take various sequences from similar coronaviruses and create a new sequence that is essentially the average of them. It would be a new virus sequence, not a 100 per cent match to anything.
They would then synthesise the viral genome from the computer sequence, thus creating a virus genome that did not exist in nature but looks natural as it is the average of natural viruses.
"Then they put that RNA in a cell and recover the virus from it. This creates a virus that has never existed in nature, with a new 'backbone' that didn't exist in nature but is very, very similar as it's the average of natural backbones."
The source said it was noteworthy that the cut-off for generating such an average sequence was viruses that only had five per cent genetic divergence from each other.
Last year, scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology said they had found a strain named RaTG13 in bat droppings in a cave in Yunnan province in 2013 which was a 96.1 per cent match to Sars-CoV-2. It means RaTG13 could have been included in a set of viral genomes to help create an average sequence.
Although the grant proposal was rejected in 2018, the Wuhan database of viral strains was taken offline prior to the Covid outbreak some 18 months later, meaning it is impossible to check which viruses the team was working on or had created. Wuhan scientists have consistently denied creating Sars-CoV-2 in a lab.
The WHO source added: "If Sars-CoV-2 comes from an artificial consensus sequence composed of genomes with more than 95 per cent similarity to each other… I would predict that we will never find a really good match in nature and just a bunch of close matches across parts of the sequence, which so far is what we are seeing.
Experts said if the ultimate aim of the proposal was to create a pan-coronavirus vaccine, constructing an "ideal" average virus would have been a good starting point
So they create a pan coronavirus from consensus sequences. But there weren’t enough published sequences close enough to Sars-Cov-2 to do so, so engineering using consensus could not be entertained. Also, how would they know they wanted something like Sars-Cov-2, unless they were a genius like Ralph Baric, the Godfather of Coronaviruses
At this time, there’s really no strong and actionable data that argues that the virus was engineered and escaped containment. As the pathogenesis of SARS-CoV-2 is so complex, the thought that anybody could engineer it is almost ludicrous.
When you think about the diversity of SARS-related strains that exist in nature, it’s not hard to imagine a strain that would have the complex and unpredictable biological features of SARS-CoV-2.
As scientists, we tend to do experiments, read the literature, and then think we understand how nature works. We make definitive statements regarding how coronaviruses are supposed to emerge from animal reservoirs, based on one or two examples. But nature has many secrets, and our understanding is limited. Or as they said in Game of Thrones, “You know nothing, Jon Snow.”
Of course, Ralph probably knows he is the only one who could engineer such a virus, which is why he said almost ludicrous probably and why he is not ruling out accidental lab release.
But one funny thing, when Ralph gave a presentation to Congress in February 2020 describing Sars-Cov-2 he failed to mention the FCS. Interesting omission
One hypothesis is that Ralph had knowledge of unpublished sequences that could be used to construct Sars-Cov-2 with a consensus sequence. Then he inserted a FCS as called for by DEFUSE
The FCS is inserted because bats also have furin and Ace-2 , yet for reasons unknown viruses don’t always replicate very fast due to the bats unique immune system.
Then he would have sent a number of these candidate viruses to Wuhan for testing on bats and mice for selection and continuation of the project. Remember, this is mostly trial and error, and they use WIV for this testing because they are cheaper and have the bats (CDCwouldn’t allow their import)
WIV would likely have reported back that one of these candidates wiped out their human Ace2 transgenic mice and did not infect bats very well , making it useless for a live bat vaccine but perfect for a self spreading human vaccine .
What happened next is anyones guess (use your imagination). Young lab workers in a BSL-2 could easily be asymptomatically infected and release the virus in the community.
So Made in USA but an accident.
Unless of course Ralph knew the virus sent could infect and transmit well in humans, and knowing WIV did this work in a BSL-2 it would likely escape the lab.
Getting back to viruses that could have been used for the consensus sequence. First we had RaTG13. It was collected in 2013, partially sequenced in 2016, and fully sequenced and named in 2018. It was not particularly close to SARS so supposedly not considered all that interesting until Sars-Cov-2 was sequenced and it was found to be 96.1% similar. Thats the story we are told.
Its possible Baric had the sequence before she published in 2020, but we don’t know for sure
Then we find 3 more viruses collected in China in 2019 -2020 by non-WIV scientists

According to Jim Haslam the US Government Medical Research Center-Asia. (NMRC-A) in support of the Department of Defense Global Emerging Infections Surveillance and Response System (DoD-GEIS) collected bat samples, from the exact same bat cave location in 2017. NMRC-A was also based in Singapore and funded Linfa’s bat research in 2019.
The Coronavirus sequences were never released
If the sequences of those Sars-Cov-2 like viruses were known earlier than the alleged collection/sequencing dates, such a consensus sequence may have been used to construct the Sars-Cov-2 backbone, much like Ralph did 15 years ago to construct a synthetic backbone from SARS like viruses

So we can see Sars-Cov-2 was designed as a self spreading live attenuated Virus. When it reverted to virulence (Delta) they fixed it with another Vaccine (Omicron) which was likely trialed in locked down Puerto Rico in 2020, the presence of which was reported by Japanese Authors Tanaka and Miyazawa

The global network will involve multidisciplinary investigations into how and where viruses and other pathogens emerge from wildlife and spillover to cause disease in people. NIAID intends to provide approximately $82 million over 5 years to support the network.

When Daszak submitted the DEFUSE proposal to DARPA which had solicited proposals under the PREEMPT program, It was awarded to another group at the Montana State University doing the same thing but in Africa with another bat virus (Lassa) and for 4 million dollars less than DEFUSE proposal. Now, can we say for sure Faucis CREID funded DEFUSE? No. There is no evidence of direct funding and even if there was it can be hidden.

Before I go on I want to add a bit of context to the DEFUSE Project Proposal which DARPA rejected , allegedly because it was GOF but also because they “couldn’t afford it.”
EHA bid to DARPA was solicited by the DARPA Preempt Project. As reported by Jim Haslam , EHA lost to Vincent Munster’s team. Munster was working as the technical leadon a “novel animal vaccine” which only cost $10M. Munster worked at Fauci’s BSL4 Rocky Mountain Lab in Montana on viruses, including Coronaviruses
The losing DARPA Defuse team would later ‘merge’ with the winning DARPA Preempt team in Fauci’s $82M CREID Network. Fauci’s NIAID budget is twice the size DARPA.
The Montana State University (MSU) based team, using Munster’s method, was 25% cheaper; $10M versus $14M. Munster’s technical approach did not require Daszak’s expensive field equipment, medicine, or tracking for deployment of an animal vaccine in remote locations
This unclassified project was in the public domain, but it involved proprietary information, with a degree of “ambiguity” from reading the press releases. This vaccine was “intended to protect US military service members and the local communities where they operate” in Africa. But this “novel vaccine” was not for US troops, it was for African bats.
Munster was “creating the world’s first prototype of a self-disseminating vaccine designed to induce a high level of (wildlife) herd immunity.”

In July 2021, U.S. Department of Agriculture reported on its website that its Plant Health Inspection Service recently completed a study, which showed that antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 were detected in 33 percent of the 481 white-tailed deer serum samples collected from January 2020 through 2021 in Illinois, Michigan, New York, and Pennsylvania states, and among them 67 percent of samples collected in Michigan contained antibodies.
This was the first detection of antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in wildlife, and the presence of the antibodies confirmed that a large number of white-tailed deer in the United States have already been exposed to the virus.

Deception
Much of the technical discussion relating to the Baric-WIV collaboration involved weaponized words and exaggerated assertions with links not supporting what was said. I will only give a few examples but whoever authored it was probably a CIA stooge. Baric from my understanding was quite the businessman and gave away nothing for free. Shortly after Sars-Cov-2 scared the shit out of everyone causing a shortage of Toilet Paper Ralph offered to sell his friends on TwiV toilet paper from his stockpile at $ 10 a roll. I suspect he was serious .
Anyways, very protective of his intellectual property rights. WIV was a useful partner in providing bat sequences and plasmids and no doubt there were technical exchanges commensurate with the value he attached to it, but this is not very public
Even more alarming, Baric taught his “no-see-um” method to Dr. Shi Zhengli and her team during the period of intensive collaboration on coronavirus research between 2014 and 2016. Baric and Shi’s 2015 article, “A SARS-like Cluster of Circulating Bat Coronaviruses Shows Potential for Human Emergence,” describes their successful efforts to develop genetic engineering techniques for concealing the tell-tale signs of laboratory manipulations in chimeric coronaviruses.
There is no evidence for this. He coauthored a paper in 2015 with Shih because she provided plasmids and sequences but even she says the work was done by Barics labs. This is not to say she did not have capability. Baric himself said he witheld the sequences from her so she could not duplicate his work
In a summer 2021 interview, Baric himself confessed that at the time the pandemic began, only two or three labs in the world were using his protocol—including his UNC lab and the WIV.
He did not specify WIV in the source provided. There are many reverse genetic protocols used by many labs and he published his method in 2000/2002 and described it in patents.
By 2017, with funding from Dr. Fauci, Chinese scientists at the WIV had mastered the UNC professor’s stealth engineering technique. In a paper that year, one of Shi’s graduate students, a Wuhan lab research scientist, Zeng Lei-Ping, announced that the Chinese scientists had successfully duplicated Baric’s gimmick for hiding human fingerprints.
Zeng boasted that WIV researchers had adapted bat coronavirus hybrids to infect human lungs, and then applied Baric’s “no-see-um” system to bury all evidence of their tampering.
According to the source this was a dissertation. So not funded by Fauci. However the same author published a paper in 2016 using Reverse Genetics. In the paper he described a hybrid approach

Your analysis is very helpful. I would love for you to include a few additional things that support your conclusion that SARS-CoV-2 is a bioweapon created and released in a joint U.S.-Chinese operation, with the consent of the other nations that went along with the lockdowns and vaccines:
1. Baric didn’t release the genetic code of his 2015 GOF bat coronavirus until May 2020, so there’s no reason not to think that was a lie and SARS-CoV-2 is very similar to, or even identical to, what Baric created then (with no help from Shi Zhengli or anyone else from Wuhan, as you make clear).
2. Who does RFK Jr.’s “Wuhan lab-leak” limited hangout protect? Who were the Deep State and corporate actors who carried out the Plandemic? Baric’s just a scientist. Fauci’s just a bureaucrat. Who do they work for? Like Mikki Willis, RFK Jr. focuses on Bill Gates and he’s obviously in the thick of things, but Gates isn’t the only evil billionaire Plandemic planner and profiteer. RFK Jr. doesn’t mention Eric Schmidt (Google/funder of Eric Lander and George Church’s Broad Institute), Jeff Skoll (EBay), Rajiv Shah (USAID/Rockefeller) or Charles Koch (business partners with Moderna’s Robert Langer), even though they funded Philip Zelikow’s COVID origins cover-up AND Schmidt, Skoll & Shah funded the virus hunts that turned up RaTG13 and the virus Baric used for his 2015 GOF experiment. RFK Jr. doesn’t even mention that Predict and Prevent started at Google.org with Nathan Wolfe’s Metabiota. (He does mention that Shah was USAID director, but misses the connections to billionaires other than Gates.)
RFK Jr. does link Metabiota and EcoHealth, but only in a few asides and doesn’t make clear that Metabiota was right there with EcoHealth and the Wuhan Institute hunting for bat coronaviruses in Southern China when they turned up RaTG13 and Baric’s starter-viruses for his 2015 GOF experiment.
If the search for COVID origins were a game of Clue, I might guess Metabiota in Ukraine.
3. Eric Schmidt was very close to and authored a book with the late Henry Kissinger, who’s been in the Deep State since he worked with Allen Dulles in the CIA (before it was the CIA) recruiting Nazis into the Cold War. Kennedy covers Kissinger, but since he doesn’t mention Schmidt it’s of merely historical interest. Schmidt should be investigated as Kissinger’s Deep State protégé. Schmidt’s Plandemic involvement should be linked back to Kissinger & the Deep State.
4. The Pentagon and CIA have a black budget that’s going on $100 billion/year. That’s a lot of money to pull off Plandemics and shape our understanding of them.
So, if RFK Jr.’s book and his candidacy are being shaped by Deep State, for what purpose?

I think he and Trump are going to be the boogie men who make whoever the DNC picks after Biden drops out look more palatable to brainwashed Democrats. * Cheney was almost certainly part of the Deep State team behind the false-flag 9/11 and anthrax attacks. RFK Jr. never suggests such a thing or even that 9/11 was an inside job. He blames anthrax on Robert Kadlec without mentioning that David Franz had a subcontract on a DARPA grant to produce the weaponized silicon-encapsulated anthrax used in the attack. Since David Franz was so involved with EcoHealth and Wuhan leading up to COVID it certainly warrants a mention that he was in on anthrax, too.
RFK Jr. gives Cheney a pass on 9/11 and anthrax and omits the most damning evidence linking anthrax to the Plandemic, to downplay the obvious links between these Deep State operations.

I had such high hopes for RFK Jr., but I should have had higher standards. He talked a lot about the assassinations of his father and uncle, but he never mentioned 9/11. I guess they would have killed him if he had. He mentioned Building 7 recently and the Guardian went apeshit, even though his initial statement was that he’d never looked into 9/11 and didn’t have anything to say about it.
It’s just impossible to understand COVID if you don’t get the assassinations of the 60s and 9/11.
