Mullis was quite clear that the PCR by itself is not sufficient for dx. Thats been the problem with the Casedemic. But some people die of COVID, and those with symptoms, PCR positive and positive antibodies are likely COVID deaths
COVID symptoms + positive PCR test (Ct<30) plus positive serology test 7-14 days after symptoms begin. Simple
Verification with whole genome sequencing on a small percentage of test positive samples validates the PCR tests
