A few substackers have been intermittently reported on Taiwans Birth situation, mostly when there is a big monthly drop supporting their narrative
So I was not surprised Taiwans yoy birth increase in May 2023 of 25% was not reported by anyone (at least I have not seen it)
I have been increasingly skeptical Taiwans birth decline is related to the Covid Vaccine. I wont rehash this here.
In any-even I thought it might be useful to report the Jan-May Births going to 2020
Jan-May Births (YOYchange)
2023- 55,019. (-2.2%)
2022- 56,206. (-5.5%)
2021- 59,481. (-9.3%)
2020- 65,513. (-10.4%)
2019- 73,075
Clearly yoy Birth decline predated the vaccines. There were no Covid vaccines given to women of child bearing age as of May 2021 and the drops in 2022 and 2023 are less than the drops in 2020-2021.
Taiwan does have a problem with declining births, as does much of the West and East Asia but this has been going on for more than a decade and is possibly related to HPV vaccinations and RF/EMR exposure.
I doubt anyone will dare research and report on that for fear of ticking off Big Tech and Big Pharma, both of which are important parts of the Military Industrial Everything Complex that is building the Digital Gulag and engineering the Great Reset under the cover of WEF bogeyman Klaus Schwab
While I am at it, I’ll talk about Excess Deaths. For whatever reason, none of the big influencers want to touch Taiwan. This is from my last post on the subject buried among other things

Taiwan-Covid
Covid Deaths (4th Omicron Wave)
Complicated Cases (Hospitalizations)
The May Deaths Report came out today
“There were 17,530 deaths in May 2023 which increased 0.70% compared with the same month last year.”
https://www.ris.gov.tw/app/en/2121?sn=23160580
Of course, May 2022 was the start of the Omicron Pandemic in Taiwan so an increase from May 2022 is unexpected. May 2021 was also elevated due to the start of the pre-Omicron Pandemic in Taiwan (along with vaccinations).
So lets look at the 2018-2020 May average. 14,085 deaths. Thats 3,445 excess deaths. 24.4% increase.
I can only estimate COVID DEATHS now from the weekly reports. Thats 600. Over 80% of excess deaths are Non-Covid now. They are still pushing boosters
As I reported last month Aprils excess deaths were on the low side (1003) so maybe some of these May deaths were due to delayed reporting from April.
I wont bother mentioning the cumulative pull forward effect due to the excess deaths of over the past year which might suggest excess deaths are even higher (~600 more).
I will supplement that brief report with a summary of the excess deaths over 2018-2020 average
As noted below 2023-Q2 is an estimate

There is clearly a pull forward effect for 2023 that I have not adjusted for, but at the same time the population is aging which has also not been adjusted for. They no doubt are offsetting , at least in part , although I suspect’s the effects of the 42,000+ early deaths of those in 2021-2022 are greater than the slight increase in age (~1.2% more over 65’s) on expected deaths for 2023 , but for the sake of simplicity I will assume they are a wash
I am glad that you just follow the evidence unlike most people.
