This is the Bombshell nobody seems to be talking about.
They had the idea to use DEFUSE to engineer broad based vaccinations for humans in 2018. Thats the Bombshell. Everything else is a distraction or diversion to keep you from seeing that Sars-Cov-2 was a self spreading Vaccine

DEFUSE was rejected because it was perceived as a BAT Vaccination Project for a Virus that posed little threat to Combat Troops (unlike Nipah, Ebola, etc), not to mention its cost.
But there were elements in DEFUSE that looked fundable, particularly this.
Some are treating this as new but we saw that in the original document release in 2021. Here you see Ralph proposing to use commercial vendors to synthesize the genome. BioLab is a Canadian company

It is conceivable that a bioterrorist could order genome portions from various synthesis facilities distributed in different countries throughout the world and then assemble an infectious genome without ever having access to the virus.
To our knowledge, no international regulatory group reviews the body of synthetic DNAs ordered globally to determine if a highly pathogenic recombinant virus genome is being constructed.
Anyone think the FBI checked all these vendors and labs to see if anyone synthesized parts of Sars-Cov-2 in 2019?
Anyways, why try and vaccinate Bats in remote bat caves when you can vaccinate the troops with a Live Attenuated Virus (LAV) Vaccine?. DEFUSE laid out how to develop the Virus using consensus sequences.
While I cant prove this is what happened, I think this part went ahead using sequences from WIV and perhaps Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC ) from their 2017 bat sampling project in Laos that never released a single coronavirus sequence. The cave was located near the cave in which the infamous BANAL Sequences were obtained, allegedly in 2020, which were closest viruses to Sars-Cov-2
After running the tests, Ralph would have recognized their pandemic potential and notified the funders. Being concerned the virus could not be sufficiently attenuated, and not wanting to risk reversion to virulence if this was attempted, they wisely would have called off the LAV Vaccine Project, and decided to do something that was proposed with DEFUSE, which is to vaccinate (humans not bats) with only the spike protein or parts of the spike (RBD).
Sure enough, both Walter Reed Army Institute of Research and Baric are working on such a Vaccine

First of all, lets be clear what Sars-Cov-2 really is.
Its a low pathogenic virus that is pretty harmless to children and most healthy young adults, although it can present problems to the elderly.

Its a perfect virus for Bioterrorism whose main objective is to create fear , with a lesser objective of killing off enough elderly and sick people to cause enough death to create demand for a Vaccine

Its able to infect and transmit in Egyptian Fruit Bats, White Tail Deer, Mink, Deer Mice and Syrian Hamsters, all of which are found in North American Labs or in the Wild in North America, suggesting the possible use of one or more of these animals being used as a transmission model before release in the human population

One cant help but remember all those Biolabs in Ukraine, some of which are linked to Metabiota whose founder Nathan Wolfe is pals with Peter Daskak (whose father was Ukrainian), not to mention being funded by Hunter Bidens Foundation. Thats about all I got to say. Leaving you with just this one thought. The Spike Protein is simply what the virus uses to attach to the cell and enter its genetic payload into the cell. What makes the virus pathogenic or not is the backbone. This is what allows replication, the ability to disrupt immune defenses and virion escape and transmission. The non-Spike backbone is the Engine
People underestimate the importance of the backbone. The spike facilitates cell entry but its the rest of the proteins created by the backbone that make the virus transmissible and pathogenic. So its not just a matter of swapping an engineered spike protein with a FCS onto any old backbone.
However, while critical for infection of new hosts, changing the spike protein alone is not sufficient to cause epidemic disease, therefore, changes within the backbone are also necessary to speed emergence. Yet, the same dichotomy seen with the spike glycoproteins is necessary in balancing change within the CoV backbone.
Certain elements, most notably accessory proteins, may be added or modified to enhance infection within new hosts. In contrast, other viral motifs and proteins must be conserved to maintain virus functionality.
For each, CoV fidelity, recombination, and evolutionary pressure hone and refine these genes, providing a framework for emergence in a new species to occur.…across the CoV family, significant differences in accessory proteins can modulate and change infection aspects, including kinetics, severity, and species.

Baric: The technical skill needed to develop full length infectious cDNAs of viruses is not simple and requires a great deal of expertise and support: technically trained staff, the availability of state of the art research facilities, and funding.
Some insist that Shi can do this engine building , and maybe she can, but can she design the Engine to build?. Ralph has done this before . The proof she did not design or build the engine is her releasing the RatG-13 sequence , which no doubt was used to develop the consensus sequence that resulted in Sars-Cov-2 , and which exposed the lab insertion of the FCS. Its like a bank robber with a clean record (no finger print records on file) mailing his fingerprint card to the police station after he did a bank robbery without gloves
Also, we now know WIV uploaded the sequence on December 28, 2019 to NIH database. Doesn’t look like they were trying to cover up anything
Washington, D.C. — The House Energy and Commerce Committee’s investigation into the origins of COVID-19, led by Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA), Subcommittee on Health Chair Brett Guthrie (R-KY), and Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations Chair Morgan Griffith (R-VA), uncovered that a SARS-CoV-2 sequence was submitted to GenBank, the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) genetic sequence database operated by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), on December 28, 2019—two weeks before the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC) first released the virus’s sequence.
The sequence was submitted by Dr. Lili Ren, an accomplished virologist at the Institute of Pathogen Biology of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in Beijing, China….. She is also a current subgrantee of non-profit EcoHealth Alliance on the same National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) grant as the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV)
But lets say DEFUSE did proceed as written, with Ralph doing his thing and somehow coming up with the Munster virus known as Sars-Cov-2, there is nothing in DEFUSE that calls for Ralph to send such a virus to WIV or DUKE-NUS. The “vaccine” being developed for the bats was spike protein, with or without a virus vector (eg Raccoon PoxVirus). That Munster Virus created by Ralph would have stayed in USA. Shi only needed spike or spike sequences from Ralph for her work.
DEFUSE is being used to divert your attention from the-idea that Sars-Cov-2 was Made in USA and deliberately released. An online Army twists everything to point you towards WIV and away from UNC, RML and DoD. Yet if you can avoid falling into the Rabbit Hole it provides useful Clues
Please forgive my stupidity, but isn't the spike protein toxic to humans? Was Baric messing around with mRNA in conjunction with this? I ask because it seems to be all the rage these days.
If I have been following correctly it is now beyond argument that SARS-CoV-2 was created in accordance with Project DEFUSE, and it is highly likely that Ralph Baric created its spike protein under whatever that project later became. The document points to him, the expertise needed points to him.
The spike would be the only part of the virus needed for Fauci's VRC to design the Moderna “vaccine” and coincidentally the Sars2 spike shares a vanishingly rare 19 nucleotide sequence with a 2017 Moderna patent. What is more that 19nt sequence sits in the exact same location as the Sars2 furin cleavage site that Baric was tasked with inserting.
A container labelled "KC 2019 Novel coronavirus" and dated 23/07/2019 can be seen in a promotional video showing the VRC hard at work on the COVID vaccine, and by Dec 2019 Fauci and Moderna (joint owners) had an agreement to supply Baric with mRNA coronavirus vaccine for him to test on his humanised mice.
Although the parties involved deny it (they would wouldn't they), in all probability Operation Warpspeed was only required to perform (flawed) human trials of a vaccine they already had. The Fauci Moderna transfer agreement is largely redacted as "proprietary information".
The Wuhan lab leak hypothesis looks like a false flag. The lower levels of bio-security utilised in the WIV give excellent plausible deniability for an intentional leak.
