Washington post article on CDC Director nominee Weldon caught my interest
Weldon to scrutinize the cumulative health effects of kids getting more than two dozen shots during their childhood, as recommended by the CDC. Prior studies have found the childhood immunization schedule to be safe, and research continues.

Evidence gaps: each new vaccine added to existing schedule; safety studies usually of acute adverse events; long-term health outcomes less well studied
Committee conclusions:
o Randomized clinical trials not suitable approach to address research questions about schedule for ethical reasons
o Observational studies needed in existing surveillance systems (including in VSD) o Methods for such studies complex; feasibility work needed
o Develop metrics for exposure to schedule
o Focus on long-term outcomes: allergic, autoimmune, neurologic

The presentation talks about 3 studies done since 2013, 2 of which they claim no impact on outcomes
Increased antigens on likelihood of ED or inpatient encounters for infections
2. Type I diabetes
Both studies seem very limited and do not rule out autism
Asthma study positive. They show a higher increase with more aluminum exposure from vaccines
Anyways not very convincing that Vaccines are safe.
Then the Post points out a study they claim as evidence vaccines don’t cause Autism
A decade-long study of half a million children in Denmark published in 2019 showed the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine does not increase the risk of autism, lending new statistical evidence to what was already medical consensus
This is the problem. They are only looking at one vaccine and not the schedule, and the population is in Denmark and not the US. I will discuss this study later.
The Post article goes on to say
And in 2019, Weldon repeated the false claim that “some children can get an autism spectrum disorder from a vaccine” while appearing on a TV show broadcast by the conservative Sinclair network
Researchers attribute the rising prevalence of autism spectrum disorder to environmental and genetic factors as well as increased access to early diagnoses and interventions.
The Vaccine schedule is an environmental factor. Any studies of autism vs any other environmental factor? If not, why not?
As for genetic factors, 3% of kids now have a genetic factor causing autism that was not observed in their family history before? WTF is causing that?. Any studies being done to exploit this ominous possibility?
But wait, there is a factor.
A CDC Director admitted as much that those with a mitochondrial defect could be susceptible
In 2008, CDC Director Julie Gerberding acknowledged that, in children with mitochondrial disorders, vaccines can cause brain damage manifesting as symptoms of autism.
She was speaking with reference to a girl named Hannah Poling, who developmentally regressed into diagnosed autism after receiving nine vaccine doses at once at nineteen months of age.
Her family was awarded compensation under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), which was established under a 1986 law that granted near total legal immunity to manufacturers of vaccines recommended for routine use in children by the CDC.
How common are mitochondrial disorders. According to this study about 16.5%, or 1/6 children have them. Not to be confused with Mitochondrial Disease which is rare

Presumably this has always been the case although we don’t know that, as perhaps the Autism affects the mitochondria. In this study they found those with ASD had 5 times the number of kids with mitochondrial disorders than a control group
Maybe that should be looked into and a vaccine waiver given to kids with a mitochondrial disorder until its resolved
Increased diagnosis. This is valid claim. Many mild cases would not have been detected in the 1970’s or earlier, only profound cases were counted. According to CDC 26.7% of new autism cases are profound. What is profound Autism? When you see it you know it. My young cousin in the 70’s was an unfortunate rare Autism case.
More than one in four autistic children—26.7%—have “profound autism,” according to a recent study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published in Public Health Reports.
For purposes of the study, children with profound autism are defined as “nonverbal,” “minimally verbal,” or having an intelligence quotient of less than 50

So if all ASD cases are 1/36, we can say 1/140 cases are profound
According to the data Autism was about 1/10,000 in the 60’s, 1/5000 in 1970’s, 1/2500 in the mid 80’s and now 1/36 (1/140 profound) . The earlier years all Autism cases were profound. What happened?
For one thing, many more Vaccines delivered into kids arms and legs after school mandates in the 1970’s (thanks Carter) and the Manufacturers got a vaccine Liability Exemption in 1986 (thanks Reagan) .
The other thing besides lots more RF/EMR exposure is we broadened the case definition and diagnosed more Autism, but thanks to CDC we know 26.7% are profound.
Now lets look at that Denmark study the Post mentioned

First problem is they are only looking at one Vaccine. Do you realize how many Vaccines Children are given?
When I was a kid by age 6 I had Polio Vaccine (liquid) and DTP shot (maybe 2).
There was no visible Autism in my age group . I never even heard of Autism until my young Cousin was diagnosed with serious Autism in the mid-late 70’s. I can’t say it was vaccine related since I don’t know his Vax details. MMR was licensed in 1972
Well, thats some of it. Before the 90’s Autism pretty much diagnosed itself, it was severe autism being diagnosed. People like myself were just described as slow or introverted and were not tagged with any other label.

The Unvaxxed had 64 cases Autism (1.35%) Vaxxed(w/MMR) had 5992 cases (0.96%). So the Unvaxxed had 40% more Autism
They don’t bother tell us about severity, perhaps more severe cases in the vaxxed, nobody knows.
More importantly the populations are not comparable. Why were the children unvaxxed? Because they were likely more at risk for autism. The authors made adjustments based on risk factors and using an equal sized population of what they said were of similar risk. They found 71 cases in the vaccinated group of the same size, meaning almost 10% fewer cases in the totally unvaxxed group. Not very significant, but a reduction none the less
But the devil lies in adjustments. One can adjust to find whatever you wish.
So this study is a nothing burger IMO. The sad fact is over 99% of the kids in the study were vaxxed, and the less than 1% who were not were damaged, perhaps with families with increased risk — say, parents who manifest the disorder or have autistic siblings, nieces, or nephews
The reason why I excluded any comment on the partially vaccinated, is it may not be just one vaccine causing autism, but the constellation of vaccines given. There has never been a study that looked into this. All the focus has been on MMR, perhaps because of the Wakefield Study. But I don’t think we can assume this.
Despite not a single study funded by NIH look at a link between Autism in Children Vaccinated according to the CDC schedule and those who were Unvaccinated or were Undervaccinated and/or followed a later schedule, Vaccine Proponents insist any link is a fable and FALSE. Vaccines DO NOT cause Autism. So they say. But they never push to find out what is causing it.
When asked to explain the increase they may say it must be something else or most often they just say we are better at diagnosing it. There is quite a bit of truth to that. There may be other factors or cofactors, but why aren’t they funding research into this?
Maybe because they know what is causing it.
Now before I end this Polio Vaccine has been talked about recently. Apparently Aaron Siri wants to pull the Polio Vaccine from the market. Its unclear why he would want to do so. The Vaccine used in the US is the Inactivated Polio
Vaccine which is free from adjuvants like Aluminum. Probably the safest vaccine out there assuming its properly inactivated.
One can argue about its role in eradicating Polio Disease and how much credit it deserves, but its probably the best vaccine out there.

1/The Salk Polio Vaccine RCT size was 2 million children. The virus was grown in monkey kidney cultures. These kidneys were found to contain 28 different monkey viruses. All which were presumed to be inactivated along with the polio virus after formalin treatment

11/Eddy was allowed to prove her work that the virus caused tumors in hamsters to her boss at DBS. However, because the Russians were injecting their people this news was not allowed to be released by her boss. Curiously her boss died of cancer 3 years later
12/In 1961 came shocking news, scientists at Welcome Research Labs showed Sv-40 to be resistant to Formaldehyde (formalin). Salks inactivated vaccine contained live Sv-40 in many lots and Brits who had the vaccine had SV-40 antibodies
13/Moreover, an antiserum was developed that killed SV-40 in seed stocks used to initiate cultures. This meant the Sabins Live Oral Vaccine would became the preferred Polio Vaccine when it became licensed as it would use SV-40 free AGM kidneys to culture virus
14/ A PHS Technical Committee loaded with conflicted participants concluded in the absence of evidence of harm to humans, the virus should be presumed benign and stocks of contaminated vaccine could be used up. New lots of vaccines must be virus free. The public was not informed
15/Shortly after the Technical Committee decision, Merck discovered SV40 caused cancer in lab animals confirming Eddy’s work. The Technical Committees solution was to disregard it. It would not be until 1963 that the Vaccines would be SV-40 free (too late for me)
16/While the government was keeping all this secret, a guy named Koprowski at Wistar Institute announced at a AMA meeting that the Polio vaccines contained a cancer inducing Monkey Virus in June 1961.
17/He also told them his Institute had developed a safe way to culture viruses in human cells, free of unknown Monkey Viruses
18/The DBS then reassured the public it was only a small amount and only in some lots and that no evidence of harm had been conducted after 6 years of vaccination

23/Enders and Kopowski/Wistar both published their results on SV-40 transformation of human cells in mid-1962. DBS own research confirmed its potential carcinogenicity. But half of Americans had potentially been exposed to SV-40 by 1963. What to do?
24/The NCI embarked on a study to assess the effects and found no increase in cancer deaths among children who would had been given the vaccine at the age of 6-8 in 1955 by comparing incidence of cancer deaths in this period,
25/It was published in August 1963 and found no increase. MSM declared case closed, despite the fact cancers take years to develop, usually in older people as immune systems degrade, and they looked at only a few cancers and only at cancer deaths (it takes time to die of cancer).
26/Sabins live Vaccine by 1964 was the Vaccine of choice for most Americans. Grown on SV-40 AGM kidneys instead of human cells proposed by Wistar. SV-40 was only one of many Simian Viruses. Who knew what viruses AGM’s might have? Virology and virus sequencing was in its infancy

32/Using the NCI collection of mesothelioma samples from patients surgeries/biopsies he detected SV-40 in 60% of samples. Moreover he found the virus was active and producing proteins offering hope of a future antiviral treatment for such patients

38/Carbone’s collaborator (Pass) at the NCI was shocked. As head of the Thoracic Oncology Dept he thought it was one of the most important lung cancer studies to be published at NCI. He said he didn’t think you could be punished for doing Science
39/Carbone was allowed to discuss his findings in Scientific Conferences but he was not well received. Much of health related research is funded by the NIH and it was not a good career move to applaud research results that did not please NIH
40/If it was accepted Pharma and USG would be asked to accept liability for thousands of Mesothelioma Cases a year, and research into whatever other cancers it might be causing would be demanded

64/In July 1997 Carbone published a paper showing how the Tumor Suppressor Genes p53 was strangled by the large T-antigen of SV40, and another paper described it crippling the anticancer protein Rbs. Rbs stop cells with defective genes from dividing
65/Carbone also found SV40 activated teleromase which lengthens telomores. Telemores shortens after each cell division to limit the number of cell divisions beyond 40. By lengthening Telomeres SV40 makes cells immortal unless it kills the cell first by replicating too much.
66/This is why its so effective in turning mesothelial cells cancerous. Mesothelia cells have much more p53 than other cells. SV40 T-antigens are tied up binding p53 which slows replication and does not kill the cell .
Other cells are overwhelmed and burst or commit suicide, and SV40 is eventually eliminated by immune cells
67/So SV40 enters into a parasitic symbiosis with Mesothelial cells, and in some people it is safely tucked in and hidden from immune cells somewhat like HIV, replicating and spreading through malignant cell division.
68/However, most people with healthy immune systems manage to eliminate SV40 before or after it infects mesothelial cells
69/Perhaps this is where Asbestos comes in. Asbestos might suppress the immune system to an extent that it gives SV40 a better chance to infect and survive the immune system while it turns the cell malignant, which probably was the case with my Uncle
70/Indeed, researchers did discover Asbestos was an immune suppressant. In 2003 Carbone and Pass proved that Asbestos and SV40 who co-carcinogens in hamsters and are synergistic (more deadly together).
71/Other-ways that SV40 can cause cancer , even if they did not infect that cell is by turning on oncogenes in an infected cell, and the signaling from the infected cell turns on oncogenes in non-infected cells.
72/So while the infected cell gets destroyed by the immune system, the uninfected malignant cells which have their own defenses against immune cells are left alone
73/Anyways, despite casting doubt on SV40 ability to cause cancer researchers at NCI then go on after 1999 to patent a therapy for SV40 induced mesothelial cancers by disarming the T-antigens with a genetic bullet (RNA called antisense)
74/Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma had increased 3% per year since the 1970’s. 30,000 died each year in early 2000’s. Gazdar and Butel found 42% and 43% of lymphomas samples with SV40. In 2003 Gazdar found SV40 DNA in 30% of leukemia samples
75/In 2000, Carbone and Pass worked with a Michigan Univ Researcher +developed anti-T-antigen Vaccine. They tested it in mice w/SV40 induced tumors. The vaccinated mice lived longer. Pass and Carbone applied to NCI for funding to proceed to Phase I human trials + were rejected.
76/The reviewer of the grant rejected the idea
SV-40 was involved in human cancers and cited VEB’s study as proof. This study was as yet unpublished and did not find SV40 in mesothelia cancer samples
77/Carbone later discovered the NCI -VEB was rejected by Cancer Research due to fatal flaws, and not published.
Despite appeals to the FDA’s Phil Krause (remember him w/COVID vax?) to stop it from being published, it got published in a lesser journal in 2001.
78/Whether a result of Krause intervening or not, the paper was revised and removed the more contentious conclusions based on VEB biases, so instead of rejecting SV40 role in cancer outright, they deemed the results inconclusive

80/Despite a flurry of papers pointing out SV40 cancers in humans NIH devoted only $2 million in research grants for 2001-2002 combined, only 1/5 of NCI funding for HTLV-1
81/HTLV-1, discovered by Robert Gallo in the 1970’s infects 0.025% of blood donors, only 4% of whom will go on to get HTLV related cancer. Basically 3000 over the course of their lifetime (less than 100 per year)
82/As mentioned, the US discontinued the use of live virus Oral Polio Vaccine. Was it related to the cancer controversy that exploded in the 1990’s? The manufacturer was still using African Green Monkeys in production, and who knows what new viruses were slipping though

12/Maurice Brodie had used ingenious techniques to reproduce poliovirus in mice for vaccine trials. Called the Brodie vaccine it was given in trials to children in North Carolina and staff at LA County Hospital. Nine children who received the vaccine had died.
13/The MV Polio strain was used by Brodie and Park for their vaccines. The MV strain was created by a Rockefeller funded New York laboratory that was passaging poliovirus in primate brains, a technique which increased pathogenicity.
14/ The MV strain was created in 1916. There are those that believe that highly virulent virus escaped from the NYC LAB and caused the massive 1916 epidemic.
