How and Who?
A Terrorist Attack on 2 Gas Pipelines that could send cheap Russian Gas to Germany. No surprise here.
Unless you have your brain in a bag you aren’t pointing the finger at Russia. I wont waste my time refuting such nonsense.
The Motives are clear. Sabotage any hope of a future deal between Germany and Russia giving Germany cheap access to Russias Gas and ruining the WEF Agenda for Carbon Net-Zero , and encouraging German and Europe Industry to set up operations in US much like the US is doing with Taiwans Semiconductor industry due to fear of a China Invasion they are seeking to provoke.
As I said many times the support for War in Ukraine is not only to target Russia, but to bring down Living Standards in the West via inflation and supply chain disruptions, with Western Europe and UK being the principal targets. This will also bring about more Excess Deaths, especially in the Winter.
This Act of Terror is also an Act of War against Germany and Russia. As Germany is an occupied country and a NATO member NATO has little to fear from them. Russia is also unlikely to be provoked as they are writing off the West and turning East.
Before World War I Germany was building a railway to Baghdad which would have given them access to cheap oil over land without needing to transport by sea. The Seas were dominated by the British. That was one of the reasons for WW I, to keep Germany energy/fuel limited. Something similar is going on today but this time Germany is hostage to their own leaders who are enabling a silent war against their own people, as it is in much of the West including the US , just not as overtly.
Anyways, how was it done and who did it? Lets start with how.

…the most likely means of attacking the pipeline is the so-called mine destroyer - a disposable unmanned underwater vehicle (NPA), controlled from a surface ship via fiber-optic cable, having its own television camera and the simplest sonar. Such devices are in service with foreign fleets in huge quantities. The device carries on board a charge of explosive, the remote detonation of which destroys the mine.
The main feature in the case of Nord Stream is that the device can be secretly launched from a vessel located quite far (a few kilometers) from the pipeline, and brought to the pipeline remotely. The explosion of the device will be made when the vessel is not near it. It will be enough for the crew of the vessel to simply throw the control equipment overboard in order to calmly leave the scene of sabotage.

Now how about who? Thats more difficult. Clearly the US is behind this, but they are smart enough to let others do the dirty work like on 9/11
