Leon Black-New Epstein Files
Zev brings us some Leon Black treats.
In August 2021, attorney Jeanne Christensen contacted the FBI about a client sexually assaulted by Leon Black at Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse. The FBI created a memo. Filed it. Did nothing.
By 2024, multiple women had come forward. The FBI documented everything. Still no charges.
Victim One, 2001: A single mother working at Epstein’s townhouse giving massages. Epstein introduced her to “Leon” who could “help her get a job.”
FBI document EFTA02731488:

“Black was extremely violent. Tore her clothes off. Bit her vagina. Forced sex toys into her rectum and vagina. Victim felt severe pinching in vagina and began bleeding from rectum.”
The assault was so violent she needed medical attention. Black and others at Epstein’s house refused to take her to a doctor. Instead, they flew her out of New York the next day.
She was sixteen years old.
Black left money on the table. Epstein took it. She didn’t want anything to do with it.
Victim Two, 2011-2012: Epstein instructed her to massage Black at his New York residence. She attempted an ordinary massage. Black initiated sexual contact. She ran from the room. When she complained to Epstein, he laughed. Called it a “funny incident.”
FBI document EFTA02731082 notes a second woman was also directed to massage Black and “provided Black with oral sex during the massage.”

Anyways, these Victims were all civil lawsuits that were reported in the press although not with the sordid details.
This article is from 2025
One of Wigdor’s favorite targets has been Leon Black, the multibillionaire founder of Apollo Global Management, the alternative asset management behemoth. Wigdor has represented three of the alleged victims of Leon’s alleged sexual assaults, although two of those cases—on behalf of GuzelGanieva, with whom Leon acknowledged a consensual affair, and Cheri Pierson, who claimed Leon raped her at Jeffrey Epstein’s mansion in Manhattan—have already been dismissed or discontinued.
Now, the third case against Leon, brought by Wigdor on behalf of a “Jane Doe,” supposedly an autistic 16-year-old at the time that Epstein allegedly “handed her off” to Leon at Epstein’s Manhattan mansion for alleged sexual favors
On April 4, Wigdor asked federal judge Jessica Clarke to allow the firm to withdraw from its representation of “Jane Doe,” a request that the judge granted, citing what she said were “satisfactory reasons,”
The two principal attorneys were Doug Wigdor and Jeanne Christensen,
Jane Doe claimed that, in March 2024, two Wigdor attorneys “misled” her into attending a hearing with Judge Jed Rakoff….which she had thought would be a brief meeting, but was instead an under-oath “evidentiary hearing” for which she had not been prepared. “This event was deeply distressing and left me confused and disoriented,” she wrote to Judge Clarke.

Black’s legal team said in August that they discovered the woman’s identity and that her family allegedly told them she was lying, including about being autistic.

A couple of Reuters articles from 2023 -2024 shed more light
Wigdor represented three women who claimed they had been raped by Black — Ganieva, Virginia resident Cheri Pierson, and an anonymous plaintiff. Black has denied each of the women’s claims.
The lawsuit from Ganieva, a Russian model, claimed Black defamed her by falsely claiming she tried to extort him after accusing him of rape. Cohen ruled last year that Ganieva could not pursue her defamation claims against Black after receiving $9.5 million from him under a nondisclosure agreement that followed their six-year relationship.
Ganieva’s lawyer Kevin Mintzer declined to comment. Ganieva fired Wigdor as her legal counsel in March 2023.
Black sued New York-based Wigdor in August 2023, claiming the firm’s business model is based on threatening “to sue defendants with scandalous allegations that can be avoided only at the cost of a large settlement, of which Wigdor takes a substantial cut.” He said Wigdor’s lawsuit on behalf of Ganieva cost him multiple business opportunities, including a $2 billion investment for his new fund.
Pierson dismissed her own lawsuit against Black in February. She had claimed Black raped her two decades ago at the Manhattan mansion of disgraced financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Black’s legal team rejected Pierson’s claims as baseless from the outset. “I have never met Ms. Pierson,” Black said in a statement provided by a spokesperson on Tuesday. “I have no further comment.”
In her November 2022 complaint, Pierson alleged that Epstein arranged for her in 2002 to give Black a massage for $300.
She said Black, who was 8 inches (20.32 cm) taller and weighed more than twice as much, physically overwhelmed her and left her in “excruciating pain.”
The third lawsuit, from the anonymous plaintiff, is pending in Manhattan federal court.
The billionaire investor Leon Black was sued on Tuesday by an autistic woman who says he raped her in the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein’s mansion in Manhattan in 2002, when she was 16.
In a complaint filed in Manhattan federal court, the woman, using the pseudonym Jane Doe, said that as she was preparing to give Black a massage, Black pinned her down and penetrated her with sex toys, causing her to bleed.
Born with Mosaic Down Syndrome, Doe said she was lured into Epstein’s orbit from a summer program for cheerleaders, and gave him massages, with she and he naked, before being “shipped off” to Black.
She is seeking damages for Black’s alleged violation of a New York City law against gender-motivated violence. Her lawyer Jeanne Christensen declined to say whether Doe tried to settle

The anonymous Jane Doe has no doubt found a new attorney and looking to file a new case against Leon Black.
End
