ISIS-Moscow Terror Attack
Most of you have heard of the Moscow Terror Attack. Maybe they will call it the 3/22 Attack

The U.S. seemed to have knowledge that an attack was coming considering on March 7th, the U.S. warned that "extremists" could target concerts.

On March 22, a terrorist attack is made on Moscow Concert Hall. I am always interested in such events taking place on the 11th or 22nd of a month. It seems a popular day for such matters
At least 40 were killed when a group of heavily armed, unidentified gunmen stormed Crocus City Hall music venue. Russia's Health Ministry has released a list of names of 145 people who have been hospitalized in critical condition. Children are among them.

At least 60 people were killed and more than 100 wounded, the Tass news agency reported, citing the press office of the Federal Security Service. Moscow’s health ministry said more than 50 ambulance teams have been deployed to the venue.

It seems pretty clear Russia ignored the warning given the lack of security at the concert. Almost like a stand down from the videos I saw.
Immediately, the US points the finger at Islamic State-Khorasan, known as ISIS-K, the branch of the group based in Afghanistan. Russia remains silent on ISIS

The Russian News Agency RIA Novosti reported that the terrorist group ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack

I misread the Washington link. It turns out (from wikipedia)
“On 22 March 2024, The Islamic State – Khorasan Province claimed responsibility for the 2024 Crocus City Hall attack through the Amaq news agency, U.S. officials confirmed the claim shortly after”
So the Russians are not playing along with the ISIS did it

If you did it and are not ISIS, it may be in your interest to blame ISIS to avoid punishment. And if you control ISIS but people don’t know this blaming ISIS is OK , especially if you plan to use them to blame for something else
In any event, its an old trick of flooding the information battlespace with a message to brainwash the population. After seeing it 100 times you are convinced its true. ISIS, whatever they may be or whoever controls them will forever be blamed for Moscow’s 3/22
In any event, ISIS as you know was made by the US from the remnants of their Al Qaeda creation, and operates in the interests of the BLOB to destabilize areas of interest and provide a Terrorist threat that provides the BLOB with the funding needed for the Global Engineering Project (Great Reset and Controlled Demolition of Democracy)
ISIS -K in this case might be ISIS-Kiev. First comes Moscow then who knows, NY or London next. Of course, so long as Ukraine plays ball ISIS-K is some Afghanistan group.
Some might say the US providing warning absolves them from responsibility, but perhaps that is the point. Any such attack was going to be blamed on US or Kiev regardless. The Warning gives them a counter. As for the accuracy of the prediction, its easy to predict that which you plan
ISIS , whatever it may be is likely a patsy for the BLOB , perhaps to justify a future Afghanistan II Invasion following a US attack where it will be alleged ISIS-K came in through the Southern Border
Of more immediate interest is Russias response. Many people like me suspect Putin was behind the 1999 Apartment Bombings in Moscow blamed on Chechen. Could he have signed off on another Terrorist Attack following his recent election?
I am not convinced he did, but my minds open. If so, for what purpose?. Will he escalate in Ukraine in response which will prompt US lawmakers to give Ukraine more AID, or will he put parts of Russia under Martial law to protect against new terrorist threats?
Or was he just helping set up the narrative for a future action involving the West like China did with COVID
It is my opinion Russia and China are with the BLOB and allow such events to be seeded on their territory knowing it will be later used against Western Civilization. As Napoleon said, why stop an enemy destroying itself. Indeed, why not lend them a hand
I realize this sounds crazy for those who have bought into the official narrative of 9/11 and take these manufactured conflicts with Russia and China seriously, and think either Republicans or Democrats are on your side, and don’t believe in the BLOB.
Who knows? Maybe your right.
Anyways, these are just my preliminary thoughts based on limited information
Edit- Upon further reflection, Putin may have Let it Happen (LIHOP) to give him the excuse and support he needs in the wake of attacks on his oil refineries to go all out against Ukraine and end the Forever War, as the US dithers on more Ukrainian aid. This would seem to benefit Trump and hurt Biden in the Election and would get the money flowing again (which mostly goes to Defense Corporations) , which provides additional motivation beyond putting ISIS on the radar again.
