The deed was transferred to Epstein on December 23, 2011, with the deed recorded in early 2012. Epstein paid Wexner $100 million around that time for the money he was alleged to have stolen from him. Wexners wife discovered this after Epstein transferred account to her when he went to jail.The house was given to Epstein because he did not charge Wexner for his services, at least at one point around 1996.
