1998, AIG invested $1.35 billion in the Blackstone Group, a private New York merchant bank. According to the New York Times, the two companies had worked together for many years. Indeed, Maurice Greenberg had served on Blackstone’s advisory board since 1989.
In December 1998, Philip Zelikow co-signed with John Deutch an article for Foreign Affairs entitled “Catastrophic Terrorism,” in which they speculated on what would have happened if the 1993 WTC bombing (already arbitrarily attributed to bin Laden) had been done with a nuclear bomb:
“An act of catastrophic terrorism that killed thousands or tens of thousands of people and/or disrupted the necessities of life for hundreds of thousands, or even millions, would be a watershed event in America’s history. It could involve loss of life and property unprecedented for peacetime and undermine Americans’ fundamental sense of security within their own borders in a manner akin to the 1949 Soviet atomic bomb test, or perhaps even worse. [...]
Like Pearl Harbor, the event would divide our past and future into a before and after. The United States might respond with draconian measures scaling back civil liberties, allowing wider surveillance of citizens, detention of suspects and use of deadly force.”
1999-Rebuilding Americas Defenses by The Project for a New American Century finalized. Besides mentioning the necessity for a New Pearl Harbor to fund the rebuild it states the desire for “advanced forms of biological warfare that can 'target' specific genotypes that may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool.
1999-Able Dangerwas a classified military planning effort led by the U.S. Special Operations Command(SOCOM) and the Defense Intelligence Agency(DIA). It was created as a result of a directive from the Joint Chiefs of Staffin early October 1999 by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of StaffHugh Shelton, to develop an information operations campaign plan against transnational terrorism.
October 2000, Blackstone Real Estate Advisors, the real estate management arm of AIG connected Blackstone Group, purchased the mortgage secured by WTC-7.
November 2000, Bush Jr. was elected under conditions that raised protests of electoral fraud. The Supreme Court prevented a full recount in Florida that likely would have changed the outcomeDick Cheney, after leading the victorious Bush campaign, chose for himself the vice presidency, picked Scooter Libby as his deputy, and took the leading role in forming Bush’s government.
November 2000, Paul Bremer, who more than anyone hyped the threat of international terrorism, went to work at the World Trade Center less than a year before the 9/11 attacks after taking a job as CEO of Marsh Crisis Consulting, a subsidiary of insurance giant Marsh & McLennan
2000-2001 US officials held several meetings with the Taliban from 2000 to summer 2001, in an effort to get the Taliban to agree to a joint federal government with their local enemies, the Northern Alliance, promising financial aid and international legitimacy if the deal was struck. By then, US policymakers had belatedly concluded that the Taliban would never bring the stability needed for the pipeline project.
According to Pakistani Foreign Minister Niaz Naik, who was present at the meetings, US officials threatened the Taliban with military action if they failed to comply with the federalization plan. Even the date of threatened military action, October 2001, was proposed. Needless to say, the Taliban rejected the plan.11
So months before the 9/11 terrorist attacks, a war on Afghanistan was already on the table. Jean-Charles Brisard, a former French intelligence officer, thus speculates that 9/11 may have been a pre-emptive attack by al-Qaeda to head off the declared US military invasion of Afghanistan.
March 4, 2001, the first episode of The Lone Gunmen TV series, seen by 13 million Americans, in which computer hackers working for a secret cabal within the government hijack a jet by remote control with the intention of crashing it into one of the Twin Towers, while making it appear to have been hijacked by Islamic terrorists, with the purpose of triggering a global war on terrorism.
On April 26 of 2001 the Board of Commissioners for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey awarded Silverstein Properties and mall-owner Westfield America a 99-year-lease on the following assets: The Twin Towers, World Trade Center Buildings 4 and 5, two 9-story office buildings, and 400,000 square feet of retail space.
The partners' winning bid was $3.2 billion for holdings estimated to be worth more than $8 billion. JP Morgan Chase, a prestigious investment-bank that's the flagship firm of its kind for Rockefeller family interests, advised the Port Authority, another body long influenced by banker and builder David Rockefeller, his age then 85, in the negotiations.
The lead partner and spokesperson for the winning bidders, Larry Silverstein, age 70, already controlled more than 8 million square feet of New York City real estate. WTC 7 and the nearby Equitable Building were prime among these prior holdings. Larry Silverstein also owned Runway 69, a nightclub in Queens that was alleged 9 years ago to be laundering money made through sales of Laotian heroin.

June 2001- Louis Freeh resigns as FBI Director. Before being replaced by Robert Mueller on September 4an Electronic Communication (EC) dated July 10, 2001, was written by Kenneth Williams, a special agent in the FBI’s Phoenix Division.
In his EC, Williams wrote that he believed that there was a coordinated effort by Usama Bin Laden to send students to the United States to attend civil aviation universities and colleges. He suggested that the purpose of these students would be to one day work in the civil aviation industry around the world to conduct terrorist activity against civil aviation targets.
June 2001, the U.S. military was preparing for a “Dark Winter.” At Andrews Air Force Base in Camp Springs, Maryland, several Congressmen, a former CIA director, a former FBI director, government insiders and privileged members of the press met to conduct a biowarfare simulation that would precede both the September 11 attacks and the 2001 Anthrax attacks by a matter of months. It specifically simulated the deliberate introduction of smallpox in Oklahoma City by a hostile actor.

An intelligence report received in May 2001 indicating that al Qaeda was trying to send operatives to the United States through Canada to carry out an attack using explosives. That information had been passed on to intelligence and law enforcement agencies.
An allegation that al Qaeda had been considering ways to hijack American planes to win the release of operatives who had been arrested in 1998 and 1999.

9/11-After eight months in the presidency Bush was confronted with the “catastrophic event” that PNAC had called for earlier. The culprit was immediately identified as Osama bin Laden.

At the time of the attacks, ISI Director Lt. Gen. Mahmood Ahmed is at a breakfast meeting at the Capitol with the chairmen of the House and Senate Intelligence Committees, The meeting is said to last at least until the second plane hits the WTC.
Several war game exercises, involving both the FAA and NORAD, were being played out on the morning of September 11, 2001.
Vigilant Guardian exercise; “Amalgam Virgo,” an exercise specifically dealing with hijacked airplanes used as weapons (Amalgam 01 began in June 2001 may have ended by 9/11 but Amalgam 02 was already in the planning stages); and “Tripod II,” a biological warfare exercise mentioned by Mayor Rudolph Giuliani explains the arrival of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Urban Search and Rescue Team in New York the night before the 9/11 attacks
Interceptor jets were not scrambled for more than 30 minutes after it was obvious that four airliners had gone off course and were presumably hijacked. In the case of Flight 77, which reportedly slammed into the Pentagon, an hour and 45 minutes elapsed with no interception.
Missile batteries designed to protect Washington, D.C. failed to stop the strike on the Pentagon, one of the world’s most protected structures; and fighter jets on constant alert at Andrews Air Force Base just 12 miles away were never scrambled.
I mean come on. The US is a big country but DC is not that big and if you don’t have any air defense over your most important assets what does that mean?
Why is there no quality video imaging of a plane that hits the most secure defense facility on the planet, especially when it was known for at least 1/2 hour that a hijacked plane was heading towards DC.
Certainly the Pentagon has better quality security cameras than that one clip that was released
And anyone knowing of the attacks in NYC and seeing a plane flying over DC is going to grab their phone or camera. While this was before smart phones , DC does have lots of tourists carrying cameras
Not one steel-framed building in history has collapsed solely due to fire. The free-fall speed collapse of the Trade Center towers, with attendant melted steel and powdery (micro-particlized) dust, exhibited all the characteristics of a controlled demolition.
The so-called pancake collapse theory initially invoked by the government institutes in charge of the investigation—like the completely different subsequent official theories—was a farce and disproven by UL ‘s own fire tests.
It is enough to carefully watch the
destruction of the
Towers to see that they do not collapse, but literally explode, pulverizing concrete and projecting pieces of steel beams weighing several hundred tons hundreds of meters laterally at high speeds.
The pyroclastic dust that flooded through the streets at high speed after the collapse, not unlike the dust from a volcano, indicates a high temperature mixture of hot gasses and relatively dense solid particles, an impossible phenomenon in a simple collapse.
Just such a controlled demolition apparently occurred about 5 p.m. that same day when, according to the owner of the WTC complex, the 47-story Building 7 was “pulled,” collapsing in only eight seconds into its foundation.

During a TV interview with PBS for “America Rebuilds” in 2004, World Trade Center Building 7 owner and Twin Towers leaseholder Larry Silverstein made the following statement about the destruction of Building 7:
“I remember getting a call from the fire department commander, telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to contain the fire, and I said, 'We've had such terrible loss of life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it.' And they made that decision to pull and then we watched the building collapse.”
“No steel building has ever been destroyed by fire,” noted Bill Manning, editor of Fire Engineering magazine in the January 2002 issue, calling the government investigation “a half-baked farce.”—

Watching the North Tower collapse, David Addington, who was Dick Cheneys chief of staff, said he thought it must have been charged (Cheneys authorized biography).
From their side, members of Firefighters for 9/11 Truth protest that the fires in the Twin Towers were of low intensity and cannot explain their collapse.
In 2005, the New York Fire Department (FDNY) released 503 recorded oral testimonies given by firefighters shortly after the events.
One hundred and eighteen of them describe sequences of synchronized explosions just before the collapse, well below the zone of impact.
Firemen were fighting fires at ground zero for ninety-nine days after September 11. The presence of molten metal in the wreckage, observed by countless witnesses for more than three weeks after the attack, is inexplicable within the framework of the official theory, but is easily explained by the presence of incompletely burned explosives, their combustion slowed by lack of oxygen.
Firefighter Philip Ruvolo testified before Etienne Sauret’s camera for his film Collateral Damages (2011): “You’d get down below and you’d see molten steel—molten steel running down the channelways, like you were in a foundry —like lava.”—
Vital evidence, including the WTC buildings’structural steel, was destroyed through rapid removal and destruction by US government officials with no meaningful investigation.
NIST admits it did not test for explosive residue because they had no reason to suspect explosives were used
“NIST has been asked about this important issue recently, by investigative reporter Jennifer Abel:
Abel: "..what about that letter where NIST said it didn't look for evidence of explosives?”
Neuman [spokesperson at NIST, listed on the WTC report]: "Right, because there was no evidence of that."
Abel: But how can you know there's no evidence if you don't look for it first?
Neuman: "If you're looking for something that isn't there, you're wasting your time... and the taxpayers’ money.”

What are the odds that four transcontinental flights on two major airlines—American Flights 77 and 11 and United Flights 175 and 93—would have 78, 74, 81, and 84 percent of their seats empty, respectively, on September 11, 2001? This came at a time when many airlines were trying to save money by overbooking and canceling flights that were not full.
Aviation professionals from the group Pilots for 9/11 Truth also report many impossibilities in the official thesis.
Most telling is the idea Hani Hanjour who supposedly piloted American Airlines flight 77 that struck the Pentagon was aircraft was reported to have conducted a descending and accelerating 270 degree corkscrew turn from 7000 feet west of the Pentagon to arrive precisely at ground level to strike the Office of Naval Intelligence at nearly 500 miles per hour.
This maneuver was replicated in a flight simulator. Highly experienced pilots could not perform this maneuver on successive attempts without crashing and yet, according to the official narrative, Hani Hanjour accomplished this amazing aerial feat on the first attempt with minimal aircraft experience training in light Cessna aircraft having only a few hundred hours of total flight time.
Recall that neither of the black boxes of the jetliners alleged to have hit the World Trade Center was ever found, an incomprehensible situation. Yet one of the hijackers passports was discovered on the ground
Alleged cellular telephone calls from passengers are equally problematic. Two calls were allegedly made from AA77 by Barbara Olson to her husband Ted Olson.
The Olsons are both public figures: Barbara was a well-known CNN reporter, and Ted had been solicitor general during the first Bush term (after defending Bush in the disputed 2000 election, and then Dick Cheney when he refused to submit to Congress Enron-related documents during that investigation).
Barbara Olson’s calls, reported on CNN in the afternoon of September 11, contributed to crystallizing some details of the official story, such as the “box cutters” used by the hijackers. Repeatedly invited on television shows, Ted Olson frequently contradicted himself when questioned about the calls from his wife.
In a 2006 report, the FBI attributed only one call from Barbara Olson, and it was an unconnected call lasting 0 seconds. Of course, thats why you cant make cellular calls from planes flying 500 mph
Barbara Olson, born Kay Bracher of had studied at Yeshiva University School of Law. After her studies she was hired by the legal firm WilmerFIale, of which Jamie Gorelick, a future member of the 9/11 Commission, was a member, and whose clients include many Israeli firms, such as Amdocs, one of the two digital communications companies (with Comverse Infosys) involved in Israeli espionage in the United States.
Then the two phone calls from airline flight attendant Amy Sweeney of AA11. In a first call, passed to the American Airlines reservation service, air hostess Amy Sweeney identified “the” hijacker as the passenger in seat 9B, before correcting herself in a second call to designate the passenger in 10B instead.
Seat 9B was that of Daniel Lewin, a former officer in Sayeret Matkal, a special unit in the Israel Defense Forces specializing in counterterrorism .Hmmm.
Surely we have airport security tape. However, Airport officials and the U.S. Government either refused to release them or claimed that they do not exist. Unbelievably, the Boston Herald reported a few weeks after 9/11 that, “ Logan International Airport is missing… surveillance cameras … Logan officials acknowledged the ‘deficiency’…” This is significant because two of the flights originated from Logan airport on 9/11.

Israel
A group of individuals now known as the “dancing Israelis” were arrested. Dressed in ostensibly “Middle Eastern” attire, they were seen by various witnesses on the roof of a van parked in Jersey City, cheering and taking photos with the Twin Towers in the background, at the very moment the first plane hit the North Tower. Alerted by witnesses, the police immediately issued an all-points bulletin.
The van was intercepted around 4 pm, with five young men inside: Sivan and Paul Kurzberg, Yaron Shmuel, Oded Ellner, and Omer Marmari.
The Kurzberg brothers were formally identified as Mossad agents, and all of them officially worked for a moving company (a classic cover for espionage) named Urban Moving Systems, whose owner, Dominik Otto Suter, quickly fled the country for Tel Aviv.
On the day of the attacks, acting Prime Minister Ariel Sharon announced at a press conference:
“The war against terror is an international war. A war of a coalition of the free world against all of the terror groups...This is a war between the good and the bad, between humanity and those who are bloodthirsty. The criminal attack today on innocent civilians in the United States, is a turning point in war against international terror.”
As for Netanyahu, he commented: “It’s very good [...] it will generate immediate sympathy [...], strengthen the bond between our two peoples, because we’ve experienced terror over so many decades, but the United States has now experienced a massive hemorrhaging of terror.”—
The first to publicly announce the name of bin Laden was Ehud Barak, the outgoing Israeli prime minister (1999-2001), in an interview with the BBC just one hour after the destruction of the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center (and again the following day). He concluded: “It’s a time to launch an operational, complete war against terror.”
Kroll
Maurice Greenberg happens to be the owner of Kroll Inc., the firm in charge of security for the entire World Trade Center complex on 9/11. He also was chairman and chief executive officer of American International Group.
The Greenbergs were also the insurers of the Twin Towers and, on July 24, 2001, they took the precaution of having the contract reinsured by competitors.
The Greenberg owned Kroll controlled security at the World Trade Center complex through 2001 and was responsible for hiring John O'Neill, the former chief of counterterrorism for the FBI, an expert on Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda who was stopped from pursuing the USS Cole investigation, and who died on 9-11, reportedly his first day on the new job.
One of Kroll’s directors, Jerome Hauer, also had managed New York mayor Rudolph Giuliani’s Office of Emergency Management, which he had located on the 23rd floor of WTC 7in 2000.
Jerome Hauer on 9/11 was was also national security advisor with the Department of Health and Human Services. He was one of the participants in the Dark Winter Exercise playing the part of Director of FEMA
The Enron Corporation was collapsing and this was formally announced in late 2001 amidst allegations of fraudulent accounting. They hired Kroll Zolfo Cooper to handle its chapter 11 proceedings. Many SEC and FBI records on Enron were likely lost in the WTC7 collapse
American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the 95th and 96th floors of the North Tower of the World Trade Center at 8:46 a.m. Both floors were occupied by Marsh & McLennan, one of the world’s largest insurance brokerages, with ties to the private intelligence firm Kroll Associates, which held the security contract at the World Trade Center.
Marsh & McLennan had recently installed software that enabled fraudulent trading in the hours before, and possibly during, the 9/11 attacks. It would be used to electronically connect Marsh to AIG and its major business partners via Internet portals, for the purpose of creating ‘paperless transactions’ and expediting revenue and renewal cycles.”
The CEO of Marsh & McLennan on 9/11 was Jeffrey Greenberg, son of Maurice “Hank” Greenberg, owner of AIG, the world’s largest insurance conglomerate (or second largest, depending on the source). Greenberg’s other son, Evan, was CEO of Ace Limited, another large insurance company. Maurice Greenberg had been a director of the New York Federal Reserve Bank for many years, and in 1994-95 served as its chairman.
Greenberg was also vice-chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations, which sponsored his 1996 report, “Making Intelligence Smarter: The future of U.S. Intelligence.” As a result of that report, Senator Arlen Specter floated Greenberg’s name as a candidate for the directorship of the CIA.
Paul Bremers office was located in the South Tower above where the second plane (UAL175) hit. However, like other top Marsh & McLennan executives, Bremer failed to show up for work that morning. Instead, Bremer went on national television and was one of the first to point the finger at Osama bin Laden. Bremer called for “the most severe military response
In 2003, Bremer would be appointed administrator of the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq to level the Iraqi state to the ground and oversee the theft of almost a trillion dollars intended for its reconstruction.
In mid-October 2001, The Independent (UK) reported that, “To the embarrassment of investigators, it has….emerged that the a firm (Alex Brown) headed until 1998 by Alvin ‘Buzzy’ Krongard, now executive director of the CIA bought many of the ‘put’ options (where a trader, in effect, bets on a share price fall) on United Airlines stock
Alex Brown was acquired by Bankers Trust in 1997, which, in turn, was purchased by Deutsche Bank in 1999. Krongard’s last job at Alex Brown -Bankers Trust was to oversee “private client relations.” This means that Krongard personally arranged confidential transactions and transfers for the bank’s unnamed wealthy clientele.
After “Buzzy” Krongard’s departure to the CIA, his successor at Alex Brown -Bankers Trust was his former deputy Mayo Shattuck III, who had worked at the bank for many years. In 1997, Shattuck helped Krongard engineer the merger with Banker’s Trust, and he stayed on after Deutsche Bank acquired Bankers Trust – Alex Brown in 1999
According to the New York Times, Mayo Shattuck III “was made co-head of investment banking in January [2001], overseeing Deutsche Bank’s 400 brokers who cater to wealthy clients.” It is curious that Shattuck resigned immediately after the 9/11 attacks.

So basically Deutsche Bank made a nice profit off 9/11. Deutsche Bank also became Trumps biggest lender. In addition, Deutsche Banks headquarters at the Bankers Trust Building was also destroyed on 9/11
Deutsche’s forty-floor Manhattan headquarters which had been the offices of BankersTrust—was right next to the World Trade Center. When the plane flew into the South Tower, some 1,500 windows were shattered in Deutsche’s building. When the towers fell,flying metal and concrete ripped a deep,fifteen story gash in the side of the building.What used to be its entrance was now a smoldering heap of wreckage, withshards of the World Trade Center’s grill-like facade embedded in the walls. Miraculously, only one Deutsche employee died.
The New York Stock Exchange reopened a week after 9/11, and on October 3, Deutsche’s shares debuted, trading under the ticker symbol DB.I
The building was beyond repair. But because it was filled with dangerous levels of mercury,asbestos, toxic mold, and other nasty stuff, there was no way to dismantle it without spreading more poison in Lower Manhattan.
So the shell of the doomed tower was draped in a veil of dark webbing, an enormous tombstone towering over the hallowed GroundZero.There it sat for years ,a ghostly,impenetrable reminder of 9/11
Insider Trading
There was sharp upsurge in purchases of put options on both United and American Airlines. A put option is a contract that allows the holder to sell a stock at a set price during a specified time period, which can reap huge profits should the stock plummet.
The uptick had occurred in the days prior to 9/11. Sources on Wall Street told CBS that they had never before seen that kind of trading imbalance. The only airlines affected were United and American, the two involved in the attack. American Airlines stock dropped 39% in a single day. United Airlines stock fell even more, a whopping 44%.
A story posted on October 1, 2001, the New York Times cited experts who attributed the spike in put options for United and American Airlines as most likely due to a slumping airline industry.
George Tenet writes in his memoirs that in February 1998 he recruited Buzzy Krongard to become his Councilor, in which capacity Krongard probably served as Tenet’s personal liaison to Wall Street. Krongard’s known ties to the CIA, however, go back at least as far as 1992.
In the mid-1990s Krongard had served as a consultant to CIA director James Woolsey. Then he returned to finance and was named chairman of America’s oldest investment banking firm, Alex Brown and Sons, Inc., which in 1997 merged with Bankers Trust. In 1999, BT Alex Brown was in turn acquired by Deutsche Bank, the firm that placed the UAL put options.
What about the pre-9/11 surge in call options for Raytheon, for instance, or the spike in put options for the behemoth Morgan Stanley, which had offices in the South Tower?
And what of the Greenbergs insurance firm, Marsh & McLennan (also on the list, along with AIG), whose offices in the North Tower took the full impact of American Airlines Flight 11, and which also saw the second highest spike in pre-9/11 put option activity, second only to United Airlines?
The data shows that all of the 9/11-related put options were exercised, meaning that pay-outs occurred for each and every stock option. This was also confirmed by no less than Joseph Cella, the SEC official who headed up the SEC insider trading probe.
The trader was none other than Wirt Walker III, a distant cousin to then-President G.W. Bush. Several days before 9/11, Walker and his wife Sally purchased 56,000 shares of stock in Stratesec, one of the companies that provided security at the World Trade Center up until the day of the attacks.
Notably, Stratesec also provided security at Dulles International Airport, where AA 77 took off on 9/11, and also security for United Airlines, which owned two of the other three allegedly hijacked aircraft. At the time, Walker was a director of Stratesec.
Although in 2001 the US insurance industry as a whole suffered through one of its worst years on record, AIG’s immense profitability continued and hardly lost a beat.
Whereas the rest of the industry paid out some $40 billion in insurance settlements as a result of the 9/11 attacks, AIG reported a handsome $5.36 billion profit for the year; which was only a slight decline from the $5.64 billion profit AIG posted in 2000.
Even subtracting Marsh & McLennan’s $126 million in losses, the Greenberg family beat the trends in 2001.
Larry Silverstein
Larry Silverstein, the real estate shark who, with his partner Frank Lowy, leased the Twin Towers from New York City in the spring of 2001. The head of the New York Port Authority, who granted Silverstein and Lowy the lease, was none other than Lewis Eisenberg, another member of the United Jewish Appeal Federation and former vice president of AIPAC.
It appeared that Silverstein had made a very bad deal, because the Twin Towers had to be decontaminated for asbestos. The decontamination process had been indefinitely postponed since the 1980s because of its cost, estimated at nearly $1 billion in 1989. In 2001, the New York Port Authority had been all too happy to shift responsibility to Silverstein.
Immediately after acquiring the Twin Towers, Silverstein renegotiated the insurance contracts to cover terrorist attacks, doubling the coverage to $3.5 billion, and made sure he would retain the right to rebuild after such an event.
After the attacks, he took his insurers to court in order to receive double compensation, claiming that the two planes were two separate attacks.
After a long legal battle, he pocketed $4.5 billion. A leading member of the United Jewish Appeal Federation of Jewish Philanthropies of New York, the biggest fundraiser for
Israel (after the US government, which pays about $3 billion per year in aid to Israel)
In February of 2002 Silverstein Properties won $861 million from Industrial Risk Insurers to rebuild on the site of WTC 7. Silverstein Properties' estimated investment in WTC 7 was $386 million. So: This building's collapse resulted in a profit of about $500 million.
Construction of a new building began in May. Larry Silverstein allegedly made plans to demolish WTC 7 in 2000 and had designs prepared for the new building before WTC 7 unfortunate collapse (saved a ton on demolition costs )
Silverstein also maintained “close ties with Netanyahu,” according to Haaretz (November 21, 2001). “The two have been on friendly terms since Netanyahu’s stint as Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations. For years they kept in close touch.
Bush Connection
Marvin Bush joined Securacom's Board of Directors in 1993, as part of new management hired when the company separated from engineering firm Burns and Roe.
The new team was capitalized by KuwAm, the D.C.-based Kuwaiti-American investment company.
Bush also served on the Board of Directors at KuwAm, along with Mishal Yousef Saud al-Sabah, Chairman of KuwAm and also a Director on Securacom's (Stratesec's) board.
The World Trade Center and the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority -- which operates Dulles -- were two of Securacom's three biggest clients in 1996 and 1997.
Stratesec (Securacom) differs from other security companies which separate the function of consultant from that of service provider.
When, following the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey began its multi-million-dollar, multiyear revamping of security in and around the Twin Towers and Buildings 4 and 5, Securacom was among numerous contractors hired in the upgrade.
Stratesec, was one of the companies that provided security at the World Trade Center up until the day of the attacks. Notably, Stratesec also provided security at Dulles International Airport, where AA 77 took off on 9/11, and also security for United Airlines, which owned two of the other three allegedly hijacked aircraft. Bush’s brother Marvin was also on the board.
HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc., a reinsurance corporation on whose board Marvin Bush sat as director until November 2002, similarly benefits from terrorism insurance protections. (Bush's first year on the board at HCC coincided with his last year on the board at Stratesec.)
HCC, formerly Houston Casualty Company, carried some of the insurance for the World Trade Center. It posted a loss for the quarter after the attacks of Sept. 11 and dropped participation in worker's compensation as a result. Bush remained an adviser to the chairman and the Board of Directors, as well as a member of the company's investment committee.
Philip Zelikow, executive director of the Bush 9/11 Commission created in November 2002. Thomas Kean and Lee Hamilton, who officially led the commission, revealed in their book Without Precedent: The Inside Story of the 9/11 Commission (2006), that the commission “was set up to fail” from the beginning.
Zelikow had already written a synopsis and a conclusion for the final report before the first meeting. Zelikow controlled all the working groups, prevented them from communicating with each other, and gave them the singular mission to prove the official story; Team 1A, for example, was tasked to “tell the story of Al- Qaeda’s most successful operation—the 9/11 attacks.”
All information, and any request for information, had to pass through him.

After 9/11, the media played the same double game as after the JFK assassination. Most of the major newspapers and television channels presented the official thesis as verified and incontestable.

Weeks before the first Anthrax case would be discovered, on the evening of September 11, 2001, then-Vice President Dick Cheney’s staff was told to start taking injections of the antibiotic Cipro in order to prevent Anthrax infection.
Who exactly in the Bush administration and in the Beltway began taking Cipro weeks prior to the anthrax attacks and for how long? Unfortunately, the answer to that question remains unanswered.
Yet, it has since been revealed that the person who had told these officials to take Cipro was none other than Dark Winter participant Jerome Hauer, who had previously served for nearly 8 years at the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC), which oversees the USAMRIID lab at Fort Detrick.
Then, on September 12, Donald Kagan of the neoconservative think tank the Project for a New American Century (PNAC), Speaking on Washington DC radio, asks “What would have happened if they had anthrax on that plane?”
A week later, another PNAC member and advisor to the Bush White House– Richard Perle – told CNN that the next terror attack is likely to involve “chemical or biological weapons.”
Soon after, Jerome Hauer re-emerges, claiming that the government now has a “new sense of urgency” regarding bioterrorist threats and asserts that “Osama Bin Laden wants to acquire these [biological] agents and we know he has links to Saddam and Saddam Hussein has them.”
Just days after Hauer made these bold claims, ABC News reported that the alleged 9/11 hijackers may have intended to modify crop dusters to disperse Anthrax.
All of this took place several days before the first anthrax victim, photojournalist Bob Stevens, would even begin to show symptoms and over a week before doctors would even begin to suspect that his condition had been caused by anthrax poisoning.
“a few days after 9/11,” the principal authors of Dark Winter – Randall Larsen, Tara O’Toole and Thomas Inglesby – would personally meet with Cheney and members of the administration’s national security staff about the exercise.
On October 4, 2001, Bob Stevens’ anthrax poisoning diagnosis was made known to the FBI and CDC and the public was then informed via a press conference. The second anthrax case was declared soon after and was a co-worker of Stevens’, who had worked for the Florida-based newspaper, the Sun.
Over the next few weeks, suspicious letters containing fine, white powder were sent to well-known American journalists, including NBC’s Tom Brokaw and The New York Times’ Judith Miller, though the powder in the letter addressed to Miller was found to be harmless.
Notably, Miller and other New York Times journalists wrote a total of 27 articles specifically about anthrax and its potential use as a bioweapon between September 12, 2001 and the day before Stevens was diagnosed with anthrax poisoning.
Letters containing anthrax were also received by Senators Tom Daschle, Russ Feingold and Patrick Leahy, all of whom were – at the time – preventing the US Patriot Act from quickly passing through the Senate and who were resisting administration attempts to ram the legislation through with little to no debate.
Several of the letters included the date “9-11-01” and the phrases “Death to America, Death to Israel, Allah is great” in neatly-printed block letters.
Soon after, a suspicious letter was found in the office of then-Congressman and recent Vice President Mike Pence. Media Roots noted the following about Pence’s subsequent press conference in a 2018 podcast that examined the timeline of the 2001 anthrax attacks:
“…Mike Pence, who once hosted an AM talk show describing himself as ‘Rush Limbaugh on decaf,’ conducts a press conference outside the Capitol proclaiming revenge and biblical style justice to whoever conducted the anthrax attacks. His family–with news cameras in tow–gets tested for anthrax at the hospital after it is allegedly found in his office.
No news outlets questioned his grandstanding or odd performance of going to the hospital with his family, and unlike Senators Daschle and Leahy in their press appearances, Mike Pence alluded to the anthrax letters being connected to the larger ‘war on terror.’”
As public panic swelled, more letters continued to be found, not just in the United States but around the world, with anthrax and/or hoax letters being found in Japan, Kenya, Israel, China and Australia, among others. Simultaneously, efforts to link the anthrax attacks to Saddam Hussein and Iraq began to emerge and quickly grew in intensity and number.
The media push to link the attacks to Iraq began first with The Guardian and then was followed by U.S. media outlets like The Wall Street Journal. Those early reports cited unnamed “American investigators” and defense officials and largely centered on the false claim that alleged 9/11 mastermind Mohammad Atta had met with an Iraqi diplomat in Prague in late 2000 as well as similarly false allegations that members of Al Qaeda had recently obtained vials of anthrax in the Czech Republic.

Symbolically Dark smoke billowed out of the abandoned Bankers Trust headquarters in downtown Manhattan.It was a Saturday afternoon in August 2007, and the dark tower, cloaked in black mesh ever since 9/11, had caught fire after a construction worker dropped a lit cigarette. Hundreds of firefighters rushed to the scene, desperate to prevent the blaze from spreading and the poisons inside the structure from contaminating the surrounding area. Ramzi Yousef returns to Pakistan on May 15, 1992, he uses an Iraqi passport bearing a visa issued by the Pakistani embassy in Baghdad. However, the seal on the visa is not the official one and the signature of the visa officer is faked. A senior US intelligence official will later say, “Yousef was developing high-level contacts in Pakistani intelligence through his links with bin Laden, mainly in the ISI.”
August 31, 1992, Yousef and Ahmed Ajaj are able to fly from Pakistan to the US despite lacking the proper papers to leave Pakistan. US intelligence officials will later claim senior ISI officials helped Yousef enter the US.
On 1 September 1992, Ramzi Ahmed Yousef entered the United States
Ajaj was arrested on the spot when immigration officials found bomb manuals, videotapes of suicide car bombers, and a cheat sheet on how to lie to U.S. immigration inspectors in his luggage.
Yousef was held for 72 hours and repeatedly interrogated, but INSholding cells were overcrowded. Yousef, requesting political asylum, was given a hearing date of 9 November 1992.
He told Jersey City Police that he was Abdul Basit Mahmud Abdul Karim,a Pakistani national born and brought up in Kuwait, and that he had lost his passport. On December 31, 1992, the Pakistani Consulate in New York issued a temporary passport to Abdul Basit Mahmud Abdul Karim
On February 26, 1993, a bomb exploded under the World Trade Center in New York City, killing six people, injuring more than
a thousand and causing $300 million damage.
Ramzi Ahmed Yousef had rented a Rydervan and loaded it with powerful explosives.The van was driven into the garage of the World Trade Center, where it exploded. Using his new Pakistani passport, Yousef escaped from the United States hours later.
As reported in The New York Times, October 28, 1993:
“Law-enforcement officials were told that terrorists were building a bomb that was eventually used to blow up the World Trade Center, and they planned to thwart the plotters by secretly substituting harmess powder for the explosives, an informer said after the blast.
The informer was to have helped the plotters build the bomb and supply the fake powder, but the plan was called off by an F.B.I. supervisor who had other ideas about how the informer, Emad A. Salem, should be used, the informer said.”
Those looking for an excuse to finish off Saddam and expand our presence in the Middle East called for a global war on terrorism, but Clinton did not go along.
Several weeks after the World Trade Center bombing US agents go to Pakistan to search for Ramzi Yousef for his part in that bombing. Searching the house of Zahid Shaikh Mohammed, Yousef’s uncle, they find photographs of Zahid and KSM, who is also one of Yousef’s uncles, with close associates of Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
US agents are unable to catch Yousef because Pakistani agents tip him off prior to the US raids.
1993, Maurice Greenberg’s huge insurance conglomerate AIG reportedly bankrolled the Wall Street spy firm, Kroll Associates, saving it from bankruptcy. Thereafter, Kroll became an AIG subsidiary.
After the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, Kroll acquired the contract from the Port Authority of New York to upgrade security at the World Trade Center, in the process beating out two other firms.
Kroll continued with the WTC security contract through the period leading up to the September 11 attacks.
September 11, 1994, a drunken pilot by the name of Frank
Eugene Corder crashed his Cessna 150 L into the White House lawn two floors below Clinton’s bedroom, killing himself in the process.

Between 1994 and 1996, the USA supported the Taliban politically through its allies Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, essentially because Washington viewed the Taliban as anti-Iranian, anti-Shia, and pro-Western.
Between 1995 and 1997, US support was even more driven because of its backing for the Unocal [pipeline] project.
Pakistani ISI support of the Taliban was backed by the CIA. There is evidence the CIA may have helped supply the Taliban with weapons during the first months of their rise to power
Technically, the Taliban appear to have actually started out on the own, but they were soon co-opted by the ISI and effectively became their proxy force
The astonishing speed with which the Taliban conquered Afghanistan is explained by the Taliban gaining access to “an enormous ISI-supplied weapons dump” in caves near the border town of Spin Boldak. It has enough weapons left over from the Soviet-Afghan war to supply tens of thousands of soldiers.
Another account will point out that by early 1995, the Taliban was equipped with armored tanks, ten combat airplanes, and other heavy weapons. They are thus able to conquer about a third of the country by February 1995.
According to the files at one European intelligence agency, these military advances can be explained mainly by ‘strong military training, not only by the Pakistani services, but also by American military advisers working under humanitarian cover.
Later in 1995, a Turkish newsweekly will claim to have learned from a classified report given to the Turkish government that the CIA, ISI, and Saudi Arabia were all collaborating to build up the Taliban so they could quickly unite Afghanistan.
January 1995-The Bojinka plotwas a large-scale, three-phase terrorist attack planned by Ramzi Yousef(remember him?) and Khalid Sheikh Mohammedfor January 1995. They planned to blow up 11 airliners in flight from Asia to the United States with the goal of killing approximately 4,000 passengers and shutting down air travel around the world; and crash a plane into the headquartersof the United States Central Intelligence Agency(CIA) in Fairfax County, Virginia.
One plot that was considered would have involved the hijacking of more airplanes. The World Trade Center(New York City, New York), The Pentagon(Arlington, Virginia), the United States Capitol(Washington, D.C.), the White House(Washington, D.C.), the Sears Tower(Chicago, Illinois), and the U.S. Bank Tower(Los Angeles, California), would have been the likely targets.
One of the participants in Bojinka is a Pakistani businessman with alleged ties to the ISI and the drug trade. This Pakistani is said to use counterfeit US currency to help fund the Bojinka plot
Ramzi Ahmed Yousefwas arrested by the Pakistani Inter-Services Intelligence(ISI) and U.S. Diplomatic Security Serviceat a guest house in Islamabad, Pakistan, while trying to set a bomb in a baby doll, then extradited to the United States.

-The Omnibus Counterterrorism Act of 1995, or US Senate bills S.390 and S.761. were two bills introduced by then-Senator Joe Biden and Senator Tom Daschleon behalf of the Clinton Administrationon February 10, 1995
It previewed the 2001 Patriot Act by allowing secret evidence to be used in prosecutions, expanding the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and wiretap laws, creating a new federal crime of ‘terrorism’ that could be invoked based on political beliefs, permitting the U.S. military to be used in civilian law enforcement, and allowing permanent detention of non-U.S. citizens without judicial review.
Biden’s bill was never put to a vote, but after 9/11 then-Attorney General John Ashcroft reportedly credited his bill with the foundations of the USA PATRIOT Act.
In February 1995 Ramzi Yousefand Terry Nichols were in Cebu City in the Philippines at the same time, three months before the Oklahoma City bombing.
From Ramzi Yousef's phone records, from the months before he detonated the first World Trade Center bomb in early 1993, show calls placed to the Filipina neighbor and close friend of Terry Nichols' in-laws in Queens, New York. The opportunity for interaction between American terrorist, Nichols, and al-Qaeda terrorist, Yousef, is evident.
April 19, 1995, Oklahoma City bombing. The Oklahoma City Bombing followed a similar pattern to the 1993 attack on the World Trade Center —a rental truck loaded with ammonium-based explosives, using similar detonation devices, based on the strategy of driving a vehicle into or near a target.
In early 1995, the ATF had an informant inside a remote community in eastern Oklahoma, that the informant had reported talk of bombings, and that the ATF – afraid of triggering another Waco – had decided to pull the informant out rather than act on her information.
McVeigh telephoned the community, Elohim City, two weeks after the informant was shut down, and there are multiple indications he came visiting days later in search of recruits.
John Magaw, who was ATF director in 1995, said in a 2010 interview that if the informant had been kept on, the bomb plot may have been thwarted.
Interesting how these agencies always have informants connected to these attacks yet don’t do anything to stop them
Some speculate this was a false flag to force then-president Bill Clinton to invade Iraq and bring down Saddam or at least push through an Anti -Terrorism bill. In any event, neither happened.

July 17, 1996 Trans World Airlines Flight 800exploded and crashed into the Atlantic Ocean near East Moriches, New York, after takeoff from John F. Kennedy International Airporton a scheduled international passenger flight to Rome, with a stopover in Paris.
All 230 people on board died in the crash; it is the third-deadliest aviation accidentin U.S. history.
Accident investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board(NTSB) traveled to the scene, arriving the following morning amid speculation that a terrorist attack was the cause of the crash due to numerous witnesses reported seeing a missile

One month after the explosion, chemists at the FBI crime laboratory in Washington found traces of PETN, an explosive component of bombs and surface-to-air missiles.
Nevertheless, on November 18, 1997, the FBI closed its investigation by announcing that "no evidence has been found which would indicate that a criminal act was the cause of the tragedy of TWA flight 800."
Nothing came of this as well thanks to an apparent CIA /FBI coverup, no doubt at Clintons request since this was an election year. If known to be a foreign terrorist attack his inaction after the 1993 WTC bombing would be rehashed
September 27, 1996:The Taliban conquer Kabul establishing control over much of Afghanistan. A surge in the Taliban’s military successes at this time is later attributed to an increase in direct military assistance from Pakistan’s ISI.
The oil company Unocal is hopeful that the Taliban will stabilize Afghanistan and allow its pipeline plans to go forward. According to some reports, “preliminary agreement [on the pipeline] was reached between the [Taliban and Unocal] long before the fall of Kabul .… Oil industry insiders say the dream of securing a pipeline across Afghanistan is the main reason why Pakistan, a close political ally of America’s, has been so supportive of the Taliban, and why America has quietly acquiesced in its conquest of Afghanistan.”
The 9/11 Commission later concludes that some State Department diplomats are willing to “give the Taliban a chance” because it might be able to bring stability to Afghanistan, which would allow a Unocal oil pipeline to be built through the country.
January 17, 1998 the first revelation of the President’s affair with 22-year-old Monica Lewinsky appeared in Newsweek. Monica Lewinski was a White House intern, and had sex with President Clinton from November 1995 to March 1997.
On January 21, 1998 Clinton urgently received Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu for an unannounced 90-minute interview.
On January 26, 1998, Clinton received a letter signed by Elliott Abrams, Robert Kagan, William Kristol, Richard Perle, Paul Wolfowitz, and other neoconservatives urging him to use his State of the Union address to make removal of Saddam Hussein’s regime the “aim of American foreign policy” and to use military action because “diplomacy is failing.”
Clinton did nothing. In the months that followed, the “Monicagate” scandal became an ordeal for Clinton, who was charged with perjury and threatened with impeachment.
